A great little radio where power may be limited or for limitations due to licensing
An excellent mobile radio, covering uhf/vhf 2Mtr & 70cms. If like me you have a limited power supply or you're limited by licensing requirements? Then this is the radio for you. Its discrete and compact and very easy to use in vfo mode. Not tried programming as i prefer to dial in the frequencies required. I wholeheartedly recommend this rig.

I use this little unit in my car and it's excellent. It's simple to programme and works well on all the frequencies I've tried. I can use the number pad on the mic either to enter a specific frequency (in VFO mode) or to jump straight to a memory channel. Reception is clear and, I'm told, so is my outgoing signal. For the price this is a great unit.
