I understand it doesn't come with the power supply, but does it come with an adaptor cable to connect a power supply (usb c male to dc female)?

No, the one I received literally came with the unit in a box. I had to buy a seperate usb-c lead and used an old phone charger plug(the type with a detachable USB lead). I have it plugged into a power conditioner so I'm not too concerned about 'dirty' power coming through the lead

I get a high pitched buzz from my numark c3usb mixer when one or both usbs is connected to pc. it stops if i pull them out. will this help?

i got a buzz through my mixer when having my digital piano connected via usb. placing this between the pc and the mixer (with an extra 5v input to power the mixer) removed the buzz entirely.

Will any power supply work with this? i am in uk so the branded one seems wrong for me. could it work with a usbc cable straight from wall power?

Does this take away buzzing sound for PS4 headset?

I don’t think so, if it’s Bluetooth there is no electric ground to reduce If it’s with the back of the controller, there is no way étoiles plug it
