I absolutely love these strings. They last about 10 gigs before they need replaced. I've yet to break a string since switching to this brand. My Alvarez has never sounded so full.

Its subjective, but I like bright and these are too bright. So I give only 4.

These are hands down my favorite strings. I play out 3-4 times a month and rehearse countless times, and these strings have great life. Expect a slightly different sound than uncoated strings better mich better lifespan

I've been playing guitar for 13 years and I've used many types of acoustic and electric strings. I've used Elixir Nanoweb strings on a Martin, a Gibson and also a Yamaha, and no matter the guitar, these strings have a tendency to break prematurely. Recently I've been playing my Taylor and I wanted to go back to what the manufacturer uses for their guitars and it happened to be Elixir. So, while cringing, I went ahead and order a couple of packs hoping that maybe these strings will behave on a Taylor. Sure enough, a few hours of playing and I break the D string. For the price of these strings, they should last for at least 10 hours playing time. I'm an experienced player, I don't strum aggressively and I use light picks. Now, I'm using GHS Bright Bronze and I couldn't be happier.

ヤマハのフルアコにカスタムライトを張ってます。新品の巻弦特有のブリブリ感が長く続きます。ウチのギターの場合だとフォスファーよりも金属っぽい高音が伸びるので最近はこのブロンズばかり使用してます。

アコースティックギターを5本持っていますが、20年ほど前から全てエリクサーを使っています。マイナス評価は値段が高いことで、あとはいい評価しかありません。過去にはマーチンやヤマハ、ダダリオなどいろいろ使いましたが、エリクサーを使い出してから他には戻れなくなりました。先ず、錆びにくく他の弦では2か月もすれば音質が極端に悪くなるのがわかるのにエリクサーは半年は錆びずに使えます。音質は適度なバランスでギラギラ感はありませんが素直な音質を張ってから数ヶ月保ちます。弦を張ってからの伸びも少なく、数時間で安定します。弦のセットには細心の注意をはらっていますが、今までに演奏中に弦が切れたことがありません。値段が高いのですが長持ちすることを考えれば気になりませんね。

音質は同じエリクサーのフォスファーブロンズと比べると、高音がやや控えめに感じましたが、好みも有ると思いますが、他社の同クラスのものと比べると一段上です。カスタムライトは弦のテンションが低くなるので、初心者にはもってこいと思います。個人の好みからすれば、フォスファーブロンズがオススメです。

今回はカスタムライトに変更して楽しみます。

ギター初心者ですが音色、品質ともに優れていてコスパは高いと思います。ただ配送の際でしょうか…配送の梱包を開けると製品の箱が潰れていました。中身は無事でしたがあまり気分がよいものではありません。改善を求めます。
