I'm almost done with my bottle. Didn't really notice anything at first but after a week or so it seems to be helping my knees. I'll diffently try and few more bottles. And see what happens.

I'm using Naspirin to replace 2 pain relievers (acetaminophen 650mg an methocarbamal 500mg) which I've been taking for years for SI joint pain, Lumbar Stenosis and nerve pain. I remembered my Great Grandmother, who was part Indian, using willow bark and boswellia for pain so i was hoping to find a combo... fewer came up on my search with that combo. And then, lo and behold, there was Naspirin! Which included BOTH, PLUS Turmeric (which I firmly believe in for discomfort and inflammation) AND when I saw that pepperine was included as well (that is needed to increase bioavailability), well, I was sold! Within a few days, taking 4 spread out thru the day, along with my Gabapentin my pain is down to a manageable level...WITHOUT any additional drugs!I am so grateful to have found such a great product and I'm very pleased it's made in America and NOT by big pharma! I'm so glad I found this product. It is excellent at relieving pain. Yes, it really works. What's best is it's natural.A high quality product and company. I can't recommend this enough.

I bought these in replacement for Advil after learning how bad IBProfin in for your intestinal tracks and just overall not good for your health especially for someone like my self who was taking them like candy. I will for sure tell you its not as effective as Advil especially when it comes to hangovers. I also dont think it works that great for headaches but it does take the edge off and has great ingredients that are good for inflammation

Didn't do anything for me, I was trying to get off the tramadol but nothing works

I got this product to try as an alternative to ibuprofen. The first I took it at night. Woke up totally pain free. I now take every night. It is amazing.
