ARNETTE Men's An4197 Two Bit Rectangular Sunglasses

Preface: I have owned Arnettes since 1998, a year or so after they launched. I plan to write review on other pairs I have bought via Amazon over the years.Product Origin: As the purchaser of many Arnettes, I jumped on these without reading the details.Matte Black rubberized Arnette frame with polarized lens, that was enough for me to order.I didn't read the description (what for?) and did see these are made in China.I always assumed Luxotica (owner of Arnette, Rayban, Oakley and Sunglass Hut stores) only manufactured lenses in Italy.Luxotica, if you are reading please address this. I searched google and called Sunglass hut (the latter not that helpful).Assuming these are authentic the lens clarity was as good as other Arnette polarized lenses I own.The frame was sturdy and has held up well.For Arnette fans, you know that matte black is not released often, and that is the reason I bought these as soon as I saw them.I would recommend this pair, especially for camping, beach going, biking or anywhere your frame could get scratched, or damaged.The matte finish is very forgiving for that.Also the matte/rubberized editions seem to be a few grams lighter in weight then the painted style frames.Would I buy them again if I lost them, yes.Would I pay the MSRP, no, until Luxotica ceases to produce in Italy I will choose their lenses made at home.I would love Luxotica to address this, I have nothing against China, a factory is a factory. However when your brick and mortar store (Sunglass hut) doesn't carry them, customers will get concerned.

Perfect product , great price , real happy , works perfect fits perfect nice looking , it does what it suppose to do , protects your eyes , comfortable. tanx amazon.

Great fit! Gave 4 stars because peripheral vision is cut off a little from the design. But fits true like previous arnette glasses I have purchased.

Son autenticas y en concreto este modelo, aisla muy bien del sol debida a las patillas y tipo de moldura. Dan buena sensacion de acabado y construccion. Las recomiendo.
