The other reviews don't specify that this harness MUST be used with the Axxess AX-ADXSVI adapter module - without that module, it will not work! With that module, it works fine and allows the use of an aftermarket stereo/head unit in a Dodge/Mercedes/Freightliner Sprinter. It also seems to function as an adapter for the steering wheel controls, which does a lot more to justify the price of the harness and module than when installed in a Sprinter without steering wheel controls, but even for that application, you MUST have the module!

I used this in conjunction with the Axxess AX-ADXSVI to install an aftermarket radio in a 2008 Dodge Sprinter. The installation was straight forward and easy. Once all of the wires were connected to the radio it plugged right in to the factory Sprinter harness and worked perfectly.

Fit my 2008 sprinter perfectly! There were extra plugs (I believe for the steering wheel audio control input), but still worked great on my van which has no steering wheel controls. Made installation much easier!
