Fake!
I did my research and compared the shoes I received to images of them online (Sperry website, other sellers) and I realized they have to be fakes. My shoes had the plaid sole that you see in the women's version of the shoe (which was very poorly constructed), but there was that square logo on the back of the heel where there shouldn't be - and this is usually on the men's version of the same shoe. I think they may have made a mistake when producing these shoes, mixing up the men's and women's versions. I've returned them - do not purchase these!

I go a half size smaller so they look neater longer, love these
Strange most people say this item runs small. They may seem a little bit stiff but I think it's because they are leather but they break in relatively well if you go through a day or two of minor very discomfort. It seems to be better for the long run considering they aren't cheap. Maybe because this is my second pair I am thinking ahead about how they wear over time. What I bought the first time I ordered is a half size smaller than what I usually wear, I did the same this time around too. Because they are real leather, as they wear they get loose so I like a snug fit for when they break in so when they get older they won't look sloppy.I am a flat footed and wide footed solid 10 any other time but I always get the 9.5 and a year later after wearing them most days of the week that entire time, day fit pretty sloppy. Couldn't imagine how crappy they'd fit had I gone with a 10. My right foot is bigger in some places than my left so in all actuality the only minor discomfort I had even from buying a size down as I let these break in is actually only my right foot, not even my left even though it is still a true 10, as well. I don't have disposable income for everything, so strategic planning has worked for me thus far for sizing these. These are good for everything and anywhere.

I've been wearing Top-Siders for 30 years...great product.
This is the third pair of these I've had in this color (and I have several in other colors). These wear great; I usually get three or four summers out of them before they need retirement...essentially they get put on in late Spring and get taken off when it gets too cold to go sockless, in October.I only wish they were still made in the USA, like the ones I had from the 1980's...my current pairs of them come from China and Indonesia now. They still wear just as well, but it would be nice if they could shift production back to the US....

My go-to shoes. These last forEVER!
I love my boat shoes! Have worn these since college (well, not the same pair, but they do last for years).Super comfy. They go with almost everything. These fit a little snug but they stretch out soon enough without losing their shape. They clean up well too, just a dab of soap on a sponge. No big deal if they get wet in the rain. They can take it!

A little tighter than usual
Been wearing this type of shoe for many years and this is the first time i found the widest part of the shoe tighter than normal. Also, the leather is not as soft or supple on the inside as usual. A closer look inside and found, Made in Indonesia vs older pair that said Made on China.Leather will stretch over time and this type of shoe will do that, BUT I am somewhat disappointed - perhaps a quality control issue.

Great shoe, great price, quick shipping
I was happy to find this shoe at a price better than at Nordstrom Rack. These fit just like I recall my Sperrys fitting in the 80s. The pink soles are really fun without being too much. They are constructed well and were comfortable all day!

great all around shoe
My fourth pair in 45 years. The are perfect. After the get dirty I just throw them in the washing machine! I have an old pair I wear around home, a pair I wear.on the sailboat and I keep a pair in my closet for other occasions. The best quality shoe I have ever owned, they will last for at least 10 years.

These are comfortable on a sailboat all day
Sperry's are narrow and fit my narrow foot well. These are comfortable on a sailboat all day. I would not wear them on concrete or hard surfaces all day.
