IT'S BEEFY!
This is my second Teeter Inversion table. The first one I bought was wonderful and I had no problems with it. However, this EP-970 Ltd. table had the extended handle to release my ankles so I didn't have to bend over to do this. I decided to buy it and give the older one to my niece. My husband assembled this easily and within a short while I tested it out. Here are the advancements:1. This thing is BEEFY. It feels so much more solid than my old one.2. The adjustment for your height glides SMOOTHLY into the desired setting.3. The bars on the sides allow you to easily grab them for an additional stretch when you are inverting.4. Teeter has added gripper handles to each side that allow you to come up as fast or as slowly as you desire from the incline.5. It comes with the lumbar bridge and pressure nodes at no extra cost. I haven't used the nodes yet but the lumbar support is terrific. Here's what's improved for me. My original height was 5'7". However, when I went to the doctor last year, I had lost over an inch in height. This really bothered me so I started using my old Teeter regularly (twice a day) for about 1 to 3 minutes each session. Within two weeks I noticed that I had to adjust the height bar from 5'6" to 5'7". At first, I was a little sore as my muscles/tendons adjusted to my lengthened spine. Now, there is no soreness anywhere. I have no back pain or neck pain. My sister who was having terrible back pain came over to my house and tried out my old Teeter. She felt her back stretch out and the pain reduced significantly. She now owns her own Teeter and swears by it. She has no pain now.Folks, I am not being paid by anyone for my feedback. I just want you to know that this thing really works. If you can't afford this new one, look on Craig's List, EBay, or Let Go. Please just get one any way you can. It doesn't matter how old the Teeter Inversion Table is because it has always been an A-plus product. Just clean it up and use it.ONE MORE THING. You don't have to hang upside down! I NEVER do. I only incline about 45 degrees. Also, please go online and watch some videos on the Teeter Tables. You will be happy you did.

My back-pain has been ongoing since last October, it is now the end of March. After my family doctor ordered an X-ray, and then an MRI he sent me to a Neurosurgeon. My surgeon told me that I have four lower spine vertebrae in my back, one of which is causing my back pain. He said he could operate and fuse one but without knowing which one was causing the problem it could make matters worse. He said fusing the wrong one could put more pressure on the one causing the problem. If he fused all of them I would lose some degree of motion and it would require major surgery instead of micro surgery. He recommended that I try Physical Therapy for eight weeks. After eight weeks I am to report back to him and get a spine x-ray before consultation. I asked him what kind of physical therapy he recommended. He said I needed inversion therapy. He gave me an order for therapy and I took it to my local hospital. At my first visit to my therapy center they evaluated my condition. I was told my Si joint was out of alignment and would need to be get it into correct position first. After one week of therapy my back pain still persisted with no improvement. During the second week I was told that the Si joint was almost back into place. Well they continued to have me do the same exercises. I got on line and ordered this Teeter Inversion table based on recommendations from two friends who had one. I received my Teeter last week the day I had to leave on a short trip. While traveling back home my back pain was on full throttle. I had to constantly change my position while driving to find relief. When I arrived home, I worked at putting my Teeter table together. I setup in the family room in front of my TV so I could watch the video that is sent to help with assembly. Assembly was very easy and quick; the table is mostly assembled so that helped. After setup I moved the table into the room where I would use it. Teeter recommends first time users start at 20-degree inversion to get the user and body use to inversion. The first day I did four sessions that day prior to bed. I started with 3-minute sessions and worked up to 5 minutes for the last session. When I got up the next morning I did another 5-minute session before I had to leave the house. While traveling in the car I was amazed to find my back pain was mostly gone. I hadn’t felt this good in 8 months. This device is for reel folks, I plan to keep using this table daily. If you have back pain, ask your Doctor if he thinks inversion is right for you. Teeter advises each person to check with their doctor before deciding to try inversion. There are some conditions where inversion would not be recommended.I’m giving this table five stars. I plan on using it daily to keep my spine aligned. NO, I have not been paid by anyone to review this table. NO, I did not get a discount when I purchased it. If you go on Teeters website you can try the table for only $15 for 30 days I believe. I didn’t see this offer until I had already purchased the table and received it.I will update this review after I have my final consultation with my surgeon in six weeks. At that visit he will tell me what the x-ray looks like.UPDATE: 08-25-2018I've been using the inversion table daily, usually three times a day. My back pain is about a level 1 in the mornings. After inversion, there is almost no pain what so ever. I'm sold on this table and would recommend it to anyone. We have another home and visit it often, I've purchased a second Teeter Table that stays at that home. The cost of the second table is about two visits to the surgeons office. I'd call that a good investment.

Still love this product.
I took a chance on ordering this product. I had been having back issues and needed help. I had already had back surgery 10 years ago and didn't want to go that route again. Surgery was very successful and eliminated my issues back then. I need help with back strain and alignment. I use a chiropractor and that helps, but the costs add up.I use the Teter once a day at least. If I am doing a lot of yard work or sitting. I try to use it more times a day. Just 3 minutes is all I hang. Use relaxing breathing. Relax my muscles......pop, pop, pop...my back realigns. Wow such a relief.7/2024Update: Still using this wonderful equipment. My husband had a stroke and now uses it to stretch his body and relieve the muscle tension. It has held up up well and still looks and works like it was new. Quality workmanship.

Was working until I had to stop for unrelated reasons
Hoping this works for sciatica issue. Sadly 2 weeks after getting, I tore tissue in my right ankle (unrelated accident in the woods) and have been unable to continue use of it until heal. Loved what it seemed to be doing for me otherwise in that short time I had it.
