it's basic laptop worth the price. This is not your high-end laptop by any stretch, but it's perfect for a young student's first laptop. Customer service was great.After reading some of the negative reviews, it's important to note that any technology is not perfect. People claiming to have trouble connecting has got nothing to do with the laptop, but rather lack of knowledge. There are technical and software issues particular to each situation, and I'm sure if these people had some technical know-how, they would not have any problems. Frustration due to one's inexperience and technical challenges is no reason to leave negative feedback.

This thing is total junk and not worth the price at all. It's basically a bottom of the barrel out dated tablet from China with a cheap keyboard attached. It runs extremely slowly (and all we have used it for is ABC Mouse so that really tells you something.) It's made with thin, cheap plastic and it gets hot while in use! This thing shouldn't struggle so hard to run ABC mouse! I'm extremely unhappy with this purchase. Unfortunately I bought it as a gift for my daughters birthday ahead of time and the return window closed. I tried reaching out to the seller with my concerns and never got a response. I don't know how this thing has decent reviews.***Update- Finally got a message back from the seller who offered to refund half of the cost, so I appreciate them at least trying to find a solution.

I am typing my review using this mini laptop,The laptop is very nice looking, My daughter loves it very much,It's so easy to operate and light weight,Overall this is a great laptop, Thank you.

Shipping took right to the last day almost 30 days and yes it works BUT made with very cheap plastic I wouldnt have paid $147.00 for such a cheap plastic laptop and it doesnt say its coming from China I know i coulda found a better quality for the same price

What I disliked about this laptop was for one when I bought it I already noticed that the thing was acting stupid. Freezing up a lot and I haven't even put any apps on the thing like that. I don't know what kind of laptop this is but I will definitely not buy another one ever again. And when I sold it off to a pawnshop only thing I could get out of it was 15$. What a waste of my time and money.

I paid the price of a good quality laptop and got a cheap quality product. The laptop is set up like a tablet. We bought it for my daughter to use for schoolwork and we are not even able to log into any of the work. Product looks like it is worth no more than $10. It is not worth the $150 that we paid.

Very slow. Can't use it to write and do research as intended. Giving it to my 10 year old. Ugh.
