I used these after giving birth. They were so much better than the pads that you can use as they’re more comfortable, hold everything in, you’re not worried about it moving out of place and the black conceals a lot of the colour which makes you feel a bit more human

I really loved these for post partum. I had a c section so I needed something that sat above the scar which it did! I had no pain in that area at all and the underwear protected it from my jogging bottom waistband. I ordered size M and am usually a 10 - I found them a little small around the upper thigh, but I just cut the seam on either side about an inch and they fit perfectly. As my belly shrank back I stopped needing to cut them. Very stretchy and was able to contain all my post partum bleeding (which was heavy). I’d highly recommend for any mums that don’t want to buy all new underwear for the short time after birth.I also bought the Always version of underwear and they were nowhere near as stretchy or comfortable around the back and I found myself reaching for the Tena ones every time instead.

I bought these to use after a c section. I actually used them when my waters broke! They absorbed quite a lot of liquid but of course ended up very bulky. I didn't actually care about this but if you were using them for incontinence a large leakage may cause issues if you were wearing trousers) They did the job for me and there was plenty of stretch and room and they covered my scar very well. I'm a size 8/10 and they were comfortable enough. I wore pads with them too as I wanted that extra coverage.

Absolute godsend after you've had a baby - great that they come in black and are discrete and that you can get them online when it's hard to get out of the house. Very absorbent.

Better that using hospital mesh underwear. Makes you feel more comfortable and together with pad can work as safety net so you feel extra secure. Many people at hospital commented positively on these.

Parfait pour utilisation à la maternité juste après l'accouchement et même dès la perte des eaux pour éviter de mouiller le siège de la voiture. Un seul paquet suffit à couvrir le séjour en maternité.Malgré la couleur noire on se rend quand même compte des saignements. Reste bien en place et est très confortable même avec césarienne.Je rachèterai pour mon prochain post partume.
