Horizon Organic, Organic Whole Milk, 6 Pack, 48 Fl Oz

I love this stuff. In my basement pantry there isn't a fridge big enough to hold even a quart and I don't USE milk down there often--just for snacks or cereal. These stay fresh for a long time even after they are opened; you can use half a cup on your oatmeal on Sunday and in the fridge the rest stays fresh to use several days--even a week--later. Meanwhile the rest sits on a shelf. So no more spoiled milk. Clearly not cost effective if you drink a lot of milk but great for situations like mine. Tastes just like, well, milk.

Our toddler likes this milk, and to me it tastes identical to the refrigerated milk we usually purchase. We’ve brought this on international flights with no issues, sometimes security insists on opening one to test but sometimes they don’t (always ask if they HAVE to open one, they don’t always have to). We’ll definitely buy these over and over again, because they’re easy to carry and are so convenient when you’re not sure if you’ll be able to buy or refrigerate milk.

These milk boxes are incredibly convenient to keep on hand for school lunches, road trips, or busy days. The milk has a fresh, creamy taste, and I like that it doesn’t need refrigeration until it’s opened. The individual cartons are easy for kids to hold, and the shelf-stable packaging makes storage simple. I also appreciate that it’s organic whole milk with a long shelf life, so it’s easy to keep extras in the pantry. Overall, it’s a high-quality product that’s both convenient and great tasting. I’d definitely purchase it again.

No more "Oops, We ran out of milk!" With these containers you can keep a few in the refrigerator for when you need milk for some cookies, brownies or whoopie pies and the regular milk is out. I drank one yesterday with a English muffin. One half had peanut butter and one half strawberry jam. My husband actually was taking care of me because I was too sick to make food myself. So I sat in the recliner and my husband brought me oatmeal first, then the English muffin and then a packet of chicken noodle soup in water in a mug plus crackers and cheese. My husband really is the best! The milk box did sit nicely on the plate with the muffin. So that was convenient! I'll get these again as if I'm going to drink milk (I have to take those Lactaid pills with milk) I'd rather have organic! I'd imagine if you want to stock up on shelf-stable liquids like milk these are a great choice! ~The Rebecca Review 10/15/2026 - P.S. We ran out of milk and my husband said these taste good! He was so happy to have some milk in the refrigerator when the larger container ran out!

I don't use a lot of milk anymore, so these small boxes are perfect to keep around for the rare times I do need real milk. It's high quality, super easy to use (depending on how you're going to use it, just poke the straw in, or cut off a top corner. Easy!) When I first started buying this at my local grocery store many years ago I was a bit hesitant about boxed milk, but I was glad I'd decided to give it a try. It tastes, and something important to me is it feels like fresh refrigerated milk (the texture and "mouthfeel" are like regular milk) when I drink it. And now that I've checked at Amazon, I'll probably put it on Subscribe and Save. The price is several dollars less here than at my grocery store,

Good stuff. I bought it because it's Shelf Stable. It is but it expires in less than five months.

This organic whole milk has a rich, creamy texture and a good flavor. The individual cartons are convenient and easy to store before opening. I like the quality and the practicality of the packaging.

I've added this to my subscriptions, so I always have milk on hand. I threw away so much milk, because I thought I would use it before it went bad. Now, I have it whenever I want to bake, without wasting. The shelf life is several months, so that's a bonus. It's so worth having it on hand.
