I didn't realize I was using a 3rd party seller, my mistake. When my product arrived, there was an invoice inside. I was over charged for the noodles. I realize that the seller "has to make money", so it was my error to not notice. I will make sure to not make that mistake, again.I love the noodles. I can't eat grains, so these are awesome to be able to have in Asian style noodle dishes that i make.

Eat 1 bundle a meal with vegetables and few ounces of meat. Love my noodle for a small meal.

I really like this mung bean thread. I can use it in my soups as well as an angelhair pasta dish with ease. It has nutritive value and the carbs are "good carbs". I like the texture and the ease of cooking mung bean threads. It can be experimented with, like fried in coconut oil for more of a "fried noodle" dish. 2 thumbs up.

These noodles are great! Great texture. A good alternative to rice vermicelli if you’re avoiding grains.

The supermarket where I used to purchase this does not sell it anymore or at least has not carried it in a while. I love this product. I purchased a dozen and I am pleased as usual.

This product is perfect for the diabetes diet. It is low glycemic and versatile.

The price is good, and the delivery is fast! I hope the price will not go up in case for me to buy them in a fix plan.

I like Eden Foods because they produce organic. This seemed to be good quality.
