Omega Juicing Screen #2 Upgrade for 8006, 8005, 8004, 8003, GE ULTEM

This juicer screen is a great product. It’s seemingly more sturdy than the original juicer screen. It fit perfectly in my 12 year old 8006 NUTRITION CENTER HD.

They used to put the sticker with lot of glue in the product. I made the complaint being this something for foods and they put it now in a BAG! Thank so much for listen! Thanks again

The replacement piece was very tight at first and I almost sent it back. Works fine now...……………………...

This is the third screen I've had to buy, as each has cracked after a year. Omega has finally produced a stronger one for HALF the price - $30, so I recommend buying two of those instead! (The new one is designed to withstand higher temps.) You can certainly get by with this product, if you are very, very careful. Brands like Vitamix set the standard, and I'm fed up with not being able to put citrus without the peel in, or chunky beets. The Omega juicer is a a workhorse but inferior parts like this let it down.

I use it for juicing wheatgrass and making green drinks ! This is the third screen I’ve had to replace ,the first two I got from omega,this last one I got from Amazon. I can’t afford $67every few months or when ever it breaks

So, my husband thought he could juice an orange without peeling it. Even though I told him last time he was juicing that he needed to peel the orange first. (His response - "I was able to juice last time without peeling it." So, on the third time he was juicing an orange without peeling it, and this part broke, I took the power of my "I told you so" and put it in a box to use when I screw up next.

As of today, the newest version is 1-2. I received 1-1 at first so I swapped it. The version is a number on the part. You need Drum version 2 to work with the latest version of the juicing screen. The company has an excellent warranty on their machines that I forgot about, but I needed this part ASAP as a Beet broke my juicing screen, and I was on the 3rd day into a 28-day cleanse! Make sure you have replacement parts, otherwise you'll be out a week or so until you get it.

I got a little over zealous with my green juicing and started telling everyone I knew. Then they all wanted juice, too. My Omega absolutely held up to up to 20 quarts a day but I got impatient one day and started trying to push rather than guide to greens through. Snap! Totally my fault. This baby was in my hands 48 hours later and has held up to another several hundred quarts. And I've learned not to push it.
