Bought it knowing what I was getting into these things are very simple to take apart I ended up soldering a hobby grade motor in from the hobby shop down the road then found some aluminum gears for it as well, all fit in with minimal modification to the rc's original equipment the only thing that sucks now that I've upgraded the drivetrain is that at high speeds since it is not a precision based steering servo it abruptly can only turn left or right so going about 35mph+ with this little car and turning suddenly on pavement and or grass tends to flip it over quickly. It's taken a few good roll overs and all the plastic hold up well all screws are Phillips head on this making it easy to disassemble, which by the way 2 were stripped from assembly line so they need to improve on assembly care other than that a great buy I spank up on my friends hobby grade buggy and trophy trucks from Traxxas in straight line I would recommend getting a hobby grade battery as well if you modify this little thing, the motor swap eats the batteries it comes with really quick about 5-8mins of hard run time swapped to lipo pack runs faster and longer about 15-20mins over hardcore beatings. Cheap and easy to modify fun and good style I like it

The media could not be loaded. This is a fast durable rc car! For the price it can't be beat. I got this for my kids but I can't get enough of it! Some people commented about it having trubble in grass but if it is recent mowed it seems to do pretty good. It doesn't have a huge clearance so if your grass is lumpy it will probably get high centered.I have bought some other products from Tech Rc and have found them to be a great company! The video I included is shot from their Explorer drone. (video quality is much better then seen here.) They have excellent customer service and really go the extra mile to ensure your happy with your purchase. I highly recommend this rc car and this company!

Toy grade. Controler feels light and cheap. The car does not have proportional steering however it does have proportional forward and reverse. The body of the car seems robust if you are an RC hobbyist the body alone might be worth the purchase as there us decent detail and a good interior. The suspension is independent single A arm on the front. The rear suspension is solid swing arm. Tires have a detailed tread but are on the harder side. Overall seems to have ok value. I would buy again but would have enjoyed better steering. My opinion the value would be $35.

The media could not be loaded. it doesn't go straight you will need to turn it a little bit and OVERALL IT IS A GREAT GREAT REMOTE CONTROL CAR. And when the battery is low the it will stop and go stop and go described in the video

This car goes fast and comes with a spare battery. It is difficult to steer due to the remote either turns it to the left or to the right but can’t keep it straight unless the user constantly adjusts the steering angle.

Not the fastest RC car but it’s plenty of fun and very durable. I found the battery life to be quite good.

Really good car for what it’s worth. The battery life isn’t stellar but it comes with two battery packs. That pretty much makes up for the battery life especially if you carry a portable battery charger.

I received this item and fully charged the batteries it came with. The RC car worked well for about a minute or so and then it would not turn its wheels or have enough power to accelerate. When it did accelerate and turn the wheel, it would straighten out once again. I was unable to steer the car.Second RC Car I was sent as a replacement did the exact same thing. BUYER BEWARE
