Small portions and light on flavor
This is no ramen, but for what it is it's pretty good. I wish the portion sizes were bigger and it had more flavor though. I really like strong flavors and that's not what you get with this. These noodles do stink when you open the container, but after washing them they are okay. Not sure I will purchase this again because I feel like I could buy something else at the same price point and have more to eat.

Rinse 'em well!
I got these because I get a craving for ramen and that just doesn't help me stay on track. I was a bit concerned about the noodles as I've tried similar ones before and they were not good, but the other reviews gave me hope. I made the first pack, opened the noodles and there was that off-putting odor, but it wasn't crazy strong. I rinsed them for the 15-20 seconds recommended (in the bag, after draining) and they were still very clumpy and I could see reside of the packing liquid. I took them out of the bag, held them in my hand, and rinsed under running water for 45-60 seconds. They were much better at that point. I made 10 oz of broth, but only poured 1/2 over the noodles. Next time I'll do maybe 6 oz and get a thicker broth (I'll still drink the broth, so no waste there). I tried the beef and it has a lovely flavor, just a little spice. For the curry and chicken I made add meat to the meal so help bulk it up, as the portion size of the noodles is rather small. Overall, a decent splurge if you need noodles but can't do the carby kind!

Winner for weirdest “noodle”
I have eaten many kinds of alternative noodles on my endless quest to find healthy options that are somewhat palatable. These noodles were so bad that I immediately stopped what I was doing to write this review. So first off, you get like two tablespoons per serving, which was fine because you know, diet food. Second, they stink. They have a chemically stench that comes nowhere close to even rotten food. The kind of stink you go back to sniff twice because it is so unbelievable. I referred to the package to see what the deal was and there is a disclaimer in bold because they already knew. Once you let the noodles sit for a minute in water it dissipates. I overlooked my skepticism for the ultimate test, the flavor. It wasn’t even the flavor that got me though, it was the texture. It was like chewing a ball of rubber bands for your braces. (If you know, you know) They didn’t succumb to even violent chomping and I was so off put at this point that I just spit them out. Maybe you’re just supposed to swallow them whole? I just couldn’t… I want to note that I have eaten bland, boring, and questionably textured diet foods for more than half of my life so I knew I wasn’t in for a culinary delicacy but this just sucked. The broth is not the worst thing ever. It’s bland but I expected that. The powder sticks to the packet pretty bad so if they do continue to market this I would suggest turning it into a paste so it can at least be squeezed out. I had to dip the packet in the hot water to form a squeezable paste. I didn’t add cooler water because I didn’t want to dilute the flavor for my first try. After washing the noodles and fishing the packet out of boiling water this proved to be an annoying, messy, stinky task that I would not want to do at an office or on the go anywhere. I am going to drink the broth because I did all that work and don’t want to waste food but I would not buy this again. I really wanted to like this but it was a dud.

Pleasantly surprised!
We've been mostly keto for almost 2 years and during that time, a slew of keto products have come to market. Mostly, we've ignored them because you're so much better off to cook your own meals with whole ingredients as much as possible. However, unless you're routinely adding cooked meals to your freezer, sometimes you get stuck and can really use something quick. With that in mind, we decided to give these Keto Ramen Noodles a try. Also, because we were curious... What exactly is Konjac? We'd never heard of it. Honestly, we were fully expecting to dislike it. Then we tried the Thai Green Curry Chicken version, doctoring it up a bit with some fresh cilantro and peanuts. What a surprise - it was actually pretty good! The noodles were firm and tasted neutral while the broth was hearty and flavorful. We haven't tried the other flavors yet but we're pretty confident that we can make them to our liking when the time comes. So yeah, it turns out these are good for those times when you're in a pinch. Thanks, Kiss My Keto!

Great for a keto diet
First off, everyone should insert bone broth into their diet. Great for your gut, your immune system and to combat many ailments. It is very healing. This product lets you get your fix of bone broth in a tasty noodle soup. My favorite flavor is the thai green curry chicken, but all three flavors make for a nice keto snack. I say snack because it's true that the portion size of the noodles is a little small, but as a snack, or as part of a meal, it is a very nice addition.

I don’t do keto, tried this and was disappointed
Maybe it’s because I don’t do the keto thing, but I did not like these. They tasted far too acidic for me. And meat flavors dehydrated just don’t seam to come close to the real, these didn’t. The noodles were good by themselves though. The cookies/brownies are delicious though!

Keto-Hard pass
Not worth it, unimpressed, noodles were like plastic and the broth doesn’t feel hearty like an actual bone broth much less has very little flavor.

Awful broth, terrible noodles, not worth it for ANY diet
The noodles come in little baggies filled with what I think is water? You are instructed to drain the packet and rinse the noodles and then add them to a bowl with hot water and the broth packet. The noodles are in a clump that could fit in the palm of my hand, I had hopes that they would expand but they stayed the same size, even boiling them didn't do anything. They look nothing like the picture so don't be misled by it.As soon as I starting mixing the broth (I tried the chicken one first) and the smell filled the kitchen I genuinely had to check the package and the Amazon page to make sure I didn't accidentally buy something meant to add to dog kibble. Yes it smells that bad. I tried the spicy beef packet hoping it was better but it was worse. I ended up throwing out everything else. No wonder it's on sale for 10$ from 21.99$.

Don't waste your money.
Awful! Was prepared for the smell of konjac noodles, these noodles were hard as a rock. The broth was gross and separated. Very disappointing.
