Excellent little kit for softer metal dents and pulling them out of panels! I got this for a large dent woth crease on the sil of my old focus. Unfortunately the dent I was trying to sort was on quite a thick, strong part of the car which didn't quite cut it, but it certainly gave it a really good shot! There was plenty of pull there when done correctly but you need to remember to make sure the paintwork is as clean and dirt/debris free as possible before using this! I was also pleasantly surprised that despite saying in the small print that the hot glue gun wasn't included, it actually was and with glue sticks! It's a really simple method and the tools should be easy for pretty much anyone! If you don't know how, read the guide in the box or look on line! There's so much info out there if you're not sure! Also, the glue gun in mine worked fine even with a 10 metre extension lead, you just have to be careful like with any heating tools outside as the wind can often cool things a bit while in use! Over all, this is a great little kit which I'm going to find useful for years to come! Great value for what you get and works well if used in the right situation in the right way! :)

To start with, I think you have to know what the parts are for. The instructions are useless, terrible to say the least. This is for the pull bar only, plus lots of bit that I have no idea what they are for. Complete waste of £30 the first one I sent back that had no glue gun same company. Cheap Chinese sweat shop crap.

As I learnt dent removal is a skill but with research and patients even a novice can get good results.This is not a miricale tool but will 100% make a nice improvement, to get really good results you have to use the provided hammer and bits to hit the high points, this alone gave great results, don't let the glue dry to much, I found once it no longer sticks to your finger is the best time to pull.The product was better than expected and did come with glue gun.If you want 100% results with little effort or maybe not at all then don't buy, I'm happy with a 95% improvement.

Item is OK, the glue sticks to the bodywork fantastically yet as soon as you try and pull the dent out the plastic fitting comes away from the glue.Don't leave the glue on too long either as it's a nightmare to come off and left a horrible black rough patch on the car.

Didn't work on any of the dents that I tried it on. Tried various sizes of the grips and different glues all with no end result. Complete waste of money

Easy to use,the clear glue is alot stronger than the black glue,it gives more pull which is needed depending the severity of the dent.

Poor item not good quality did nothing

Good little kit only down side I would say is the glue doesn’t seem that good but all round did the job I needed to ideal for smaller dents
