Deep Sweep 1000 Electric Rechargeable Power Toothbrush Powered by Braun

This is the first electric toothbrush I ever bought and I feel like I need to return the favor of all the people who wrote reviews and influenced my decision to buy this product. I love it and have also written reviews for the replacement Deep Sweep heads I ordered. I'd suggest going to those products on Amazon for more toothbrush-head-specific reviews. I love that there are a variety of toothbrush heads that will fit the battery case but I've been faithful to my Deep Sweep brush heads even after nuking them in the microwave. Why buy a pricey Sonicare when I can have a great investment with a functional design?I'll explain...For some reason I made the connection in my head that the toothbrush head could be disinfected by a quick rotation in the microwave because that's what I've learned to do with Clairisonic brush heads for my Mia 2. I was thoroughly disappointed when the toothbrush head no longer fit to the battery case. Why? Because the brush looked fine on the outside but I realized something on the inside must have shifted after it's minor radiation. Since I loved this toothbrush so much I couldn't imagine waiting for new brush heads to arrive. Well somehow I managed to hold the toothbrush head close enough to the battery case and was able to get the head vibrating. Wahlah! And that wasn't just luck. I begrudgingly used it like that for a while until I bought a replacement pack of  3 ~ Braun Professional Deep Sweep ~ EB30-3  heads. Thanks to Ama. Prime it came to me in the next few days and now it works like usual: deeply cleaning my teeth with a minimal amount of effort needed.I will never use a regular brush again. Well, unless this toothbrush is low on battery. I'd say you can get about 3 or 4 brushings in before your battery case needs to be fully recharged. You'll get a heads up when the battery is dying from a little green light that blinks on the brush. It'll also blink while it's charging. So I just leave it on it's little charger all the time and it's always ready to go. The charging cord is light, long, and easy to move around.Overall this toothbrush is practical, sleek, and incredibly effective. The brush is "loud" but you're only using it for 2 minutes so I don't see it as a nuisance. As always, read the instruction manual so you get the most out of this brush. All you have to do is slowly drag the brush across your teeth and it'll do the hard work for you. I've noticed a whiteness and indescribable level of clean on my teeth since using this product.My top tips: Don't microwave it and only press the power button when the brush is in your mouth.

I use to have to reach far back with a regular manual toothbrush and I ended up inflaming the inner (back) part of my mouth just to get a decent clean.Small brush head that more than covers any tooth and easy to reach the back end teeth.5 stars. I highly recommend this product for anyone that is looking to go Electric Toothbrush. You do not need to buy the more expensive model at all. You can even use different brush heads with this model 1000 (research into it, sorry). There are different brush heads that you can use.I believe it performs at 20,000 brush strokes per minute. Correct me if I'm wrong. But that's a HUGE improvement (understatement) over using a regular toothbrush manually. Why invest in a toothbrush per week? That's more expensive than buying this electric toothbrush that does a much better job at cleaning your teeth without the headache, frustration, and lack of results.A must-buy if you care about your oral hygiene and health.

The unit is much lighter than my older Triumph, and has a straight handle with no ergonomics to the shape, but that's not a big deal to me. It's also noisier than the old Triumph, and my husband's brushing in the next room woke me! I didn't need all the bells and whistles of the 5000 and up models, but this still allows use of multiple types of brush heads and has the 30-second hesitation to help you to know how to move it around as you clean your teeth. The operating instructions showed an optional storage/holder for two brush heads, which I didn't see offered on any of the models at Amazon. However, we found the storage on the Triumph (which is like the 5000 up series) was difficult to keep clean. For this model, we simply found an alternate way to store our brush heads. The initial battery charge took 24 hours. Delivery was early, and the order so over-packaged, you could have put 6x as much in the Amazon box. Had it been packaged better, it would have fit in my mailbox. Luckily I was home to receive it from the mail carrier. Note on the older model: it's still going strong after a good 10 years, but we left it at our vacation house!

This is a cheap electric toothbrush with lots of available replacement brushes on the market. It has the notifications every 30 seconds so you know when to move on to the next section. It is very loud though compared to my old Sonic Complete. I could no longer get replacement heads locally or cheaply for my Sonic so I had to get rid of it even though it still worked fine.The bristles move in all different angles so it feels like it's getting in lots of places to clean.Pros: low priceavailability of replacement headsworks30 second interval notificationsCons: pretty loud.

El mejor cepillo de dientes que he tenido en toda mi vida. A pesar de ser el 3 cepillo eléctrico que he tenido (todos de oral-b) este es, por MUCHO, el mejor y el más completo de todos. No quise invertir más por la versión con Bluetooth y pantallitas, y realmente no me arrepiento. Desdepues de cepillarse (durando los 2 minutos recomendados por dentistas) la sensación de limpieza es igual a la que se siente cuando uno va con el dentista! Los dientes se sientes suaves y limpios a profundidad! La batería le dura aproximadamente 1.5 semanas usándolo 2 veces al día por 2 minutos cada vez, y la carga es de aproximadamente 12 horas, pero como lo dice en el manual, no es necesario cargarlo por completo ni cuando la batería está completamente drenada, por lo que puede siempre permanecer en su base sin afectar su rendimiento.Si cepillarse con un cepillo convencional es un 2, esto es un 10!

reminder to those who buy this item: you need to let this fully charge for about ~24 hours before using it, other than that, its great - comes with only 1 toothbrush head though

Cumple perfectamente con lo que promete, ya había tenido uno eléctrico pero la pila ya no cargaba bien, el cepillo deep sweep limpia bien pero no me parece que limpie mejor que el repuesto que tiene partes amarillas y que es circular (olvide el nombre) compare ambos repuestos ya que aún me quedaba del otro y la verdad limpia más que el deep sweep, aunque el deep sweep es menos agresivo con las encías y dientes y ese es un punto bueno ya que no lastima. Excelente precio y calidad.
