This replaced a hose that had the electrical connection shorted out and is a perfect replacement. You must be careful to get the hose you need, however. This hose is for a central vac that has a direct plug in for both vacuum and electric. Be careful out there!!

Old and new hose differs slightly. The retailer tried their best to get the correct hose when they couldn’t accommodate my old system they worked with me to a combination hose and power head that would work. Thanks costumer support.

My old central vac hose had a loose electrical connection that I tried to fix. After trying several times, I started looking for a replacement (Old one lasted 20+ years). This new hose works great.

The vacuum hose looked flimsy. It broke in less than a year and the seller did not honor the warranty. When I contacted the seller about the broken hose they responded and said the would send a replacement part that should fix the problem. The part was never send and seller stopped answering my email.

This is equal or better than my original Beam hose.So far I am quite satisfied.

High volt (120v) stopped working within 10 minutes, had to return because of defect. Paid $40 to return....
