Ok i have decided to give my review on these patches. I am in heaven. After 3 years seeing so many specialist 2 rheumatologist, 2 gastroenterologist, neurologist and ENT doctor no one could figure out what was wrong with me. Why i have been aching so much all test results came back normal don't have any autoimmune as they diagnose me 3 years ago with an autoimmune come to find out I don't have none as of 2 months ago. Still not sure why it was hard to wake up from bed, not able to do my projects and put me out the next day where I can not barely move. Since using these patches every night especially when I do major projects I don't wake up with pain not on my legs, arms and back. My hands and fingers hurt to where I can not grip things and my feet hurt to touch the ground or hard to take steps. Since using these patches I have not felt pain. I am still trying to figure out what is still going on, but these patches and the ingredients that it contains have done wonders. Showed my primary doctor and asked me to continue to use them until they draw up more blood work to see what pops up. Now I am not a specialist nor saying it cures, but it has helped release my tension that I have been suffering for these past 3 years. I will continue to buy these a long as they have them to purchase. Even bought some for my dad.

These are awesome within just an hour the amount of stuff I felt on the foot pad was incredible! Hours later taking them off the pads were full of black toxins, I cannot wait to see how I feel after using the entire box. highly recommend!!

I wasn't sure what to expect. After opening it looks like a bandaid with strange powder pouch. Smells funny. Hard to explain. It's not herbal yet smells kind of like grass.First night I slept like a baby. Not sure if it has nothing to do with it or not. I think he morning those dry patches were with some discharge. It was like dark oil (?). I don't have experience with any of Chinese medicine.2nd and 3rd night I slept again awesome! Hard to tell why as I'm suffering insomnia.... I'm assuming is from those herbs...

I tried the foot patches for a couple of days. It seems to get the toxins out. The patch started dry at night, the herbs were turned into in the some kind of gel/wet substance. I did wake up during the night because I used them with out socks, and it was weird to have something attach to my foot. I do recommend socks and remove the patches first thing in the morning, it could stain the slippers and can get sticky. Overall I like the patches since it seems to get those toxins out, and just hope to get a better sleep.

I got this because I wanted to detox through my feet when I bought this product. Then, I read the box when it came and it had so many other perks, like being a sleep aid which is great for me because I toss and turn most nights. The pads didn't show much toxicants when I used them so I took that as a good sign and won't post a picture. If you are looking for a good night's sleep however, this is your product I haven't had a dream in years I used this and now I sleep deep enough to dream lol. Good stuff.

It has arrived earlier than excepted. I have used it once so far and my feet feels so vibrating after using it. Feels like I have put mint on it. the Pad turned black after first use so look forward to find out if it gets better with days.

These foot pads are my absolute favorite. They smell so much better than all the others and work much better as well. They help you relax at night and allow you to sleep soundly through the night. I have never been able to say that of any other product, as I am by nature an insomniac.

My husband and I used these for two weeks. Personally neither of us like them. They have a strong odor that stinks. Also Neither of us felt any changes while using patches. I personally feel this was a waste of money.
