PG Tips Gold Best Special Blends (70 Tea Bags) | 70 Count

Really great tea. I’ve ordered it several times and the box is always a bit beat up. But I don’t mind and the tea is smoother and better tasting than regular P.G. Tips which also comes in a slightly beat up box.

Been a tea drinker for years now and PG tips has been my go to tea brand. Only recently I discovered that they made a stronger version of the classic English Breakfast so I decided to give it a shot. One thing to notice is that the bags feel more consistent and full which is a huge thing for me.Safe to say I won't be going back! The strength of the flavor is more noticeable and darker which helps when adding cream. Its only slightly more expensive than the classic, but totally worth the slight extra money.

Love the tea, hate the way it is sent to me. The tea comes in a thin cardboard box that collapses in the mail, and therefore causes the tea box to collapse and spill tea leaves all over. It should be put in a strong cardboard box that will prevent the tea from escaping.

My (Welsh) sister in law tells me there's three main British teas - Yorkshire, Tetley's, and PG. I've tried all three with this purchase (and this is an American's opinion.)PG (gold): probably the lightest if the three. Maybe lower tannins as well. I find it to be thin, but has a good flavor overall.Tetley's : not as thin as PG, somewhat stronger also, but I found it to taste flat, almost stale.Yorkshire (gold): the richest and fullest of the three. Heavy tannins. My favorite & well worth any additional cost.

Best British tea on the market

Rich tasting without being bitter. I tried these because I couldn't find PG Tips Extra Strong any longer. The Gold might not be quite as strong, but it's just as flavorful. I like the flavor very much. I steep it for 5 minutes 15 seconds instead of the 4 minutes I used to steep the Extra Strong. (Both with milk & sugar.)

Bevo varie tazze di tè ogni giorno è questa è in assoluto la mia miscela preferita. Il gusto è deciso, ma morbido e senza asprezze o amarezze e molto profumato. Ogni bustina contiene quasi 3 gr di tè, una volta e mezza rispetto alla maggioranza dei tè in bustine che si trovano al supermercato. Il costo è elevato, ma sono soldi ben spesi. L'importatore potrebbe sforzarsi di tradurre "PG tips gold pyramid bags" in modo meno insensato di "bustine di piramide d'oro".
