We use these for used cat litter, so we put about 5 - 6 kg in, and then dispose of immediately.We have, in the past, used them as an emergency rubbish bag, as the recyclable green bin bags have a tendency to melt after a few days, so when we have not emptied it for a few days the green bags have broken, so tipped it all into these black bin bag and it was fine but they are not very thick so would not use them for anything heavy or of you need to go far with a full bag.They are not the thinnest black bags we have ever come across but are certainly not heavy duty.They come in a big box, folded in sets of about 10 bags, so makes for easy storage at the bottom of the larder.

They are rubbish bags. Every time I fill one, I end up throwing it away 😉

As an estimate, at least 25% of the bags had a small hole in them which rendered them unusable for our bin. On top of this, another 25% burst at the seam when putting them into the bin and pushing hand to the bottom of the bag to open it up.All in all, a very poor quality bag. Avoid purchasing if using for anything heavier than helium balloons.

Bags are not as good quality as I thought. They hold rubbish well but just feel cheap. Anything pointy will just rip them.

Decent quality, certainly good enough for general domestic use and better than the store brand on a roll bags. Would recommend.
