The bags were just as described. There were gold and red ties (more gold than red if that matters to anyone). There was no funky odour or anything. I used them for packaging cookies for a baby shower. You could easily fit 4-5 cookies (made from a 2Tbsp scoop) in here. Now when I say easily fit, I do mean that the cookies were pretty much stacked on top of each other on their sides. I'd purchase again....if I didn't have so many left over! But in all honesty, these are good bags. If you're stuck down the "which cellophane should I purchase" rabbit hole of Amazon, and don't know which to buy, I'd go with these.

I purchased these based off measurements of cello bags I usually get at my local party store (but couldn’t get to in time for my event). The measurements were the same so I expected them to be similar to what I normally purchase. These are not gusseted at the bottom. The first couple tore as soon as I opened the bags to put items in, but the rest were usable (I used 25 more). I intended to put in an individually packaged bag of cookies, a juice pouch, and a handful of candy (candy sticks, lollipops, gum balls, etc). The juice pouch and cookies had to be put in carefully to fit. I was only able to add a couple lollipops, as there wasn’t anymore room in the bag. Since they were smaller than I needed, I will be using the remaining for other purposes (I make and sell crafts and these would be a great size to package face masks in).

Bags are flat, they are not gusset. If you plant to fill them, they must lay over. They do not stand up since they dont have gussets. Picture is misleading.

Could not use the product for my candle so I returned it for a refund. The dimensions are off because my candle could not fit in it at all and my candle is a 4x4 pillar candle. I give it 2 stars because I received it in a timely manner.

I make custom cookies and use these bags daily. They are good quality and work beautifully with my heat sealer to keep my cookie creations fresh.

These cellophane bags work well and are the perfect size for my use. I have used the first few for packaging some little booklets, bookmarks and a small picture to give a gifts. They were perfect for this. I plan to use some of these in the future for other gifts and treats.I did not have any problems with splitting or breakage of the bags.They helped make a nice presentation of the gifts.

If you’re looking for bags the open up well, these aren’t them. My fault for not realizing they didn’t have a 3rd dimension (sides). They’ll work fine for goodies. But not for anything large, like a cocoa bomb. The 4 stars is because the packaging was poor; folded corners on several bags, and the side was popped open, causing them to fall out everywhere.

These bags are lighter-weight plastic than others I've bought. In comparison they feel cheaper. I don't think I'd have a problem with these if hadn't known the better bags. I use these every year to package christmas cookies for gifts. These were the perfect size for 2 gingerbread cookies. The twist ties (gold an red) were pretty but slightly shorter than others I've purchased, thats not a big deal though.

Great bags! The cellophane is good quality. Thicker than some and they don’t split on the sides. We are using them for Halloween grab bags at the door. You can see I have 3 snack sized candy bars, a bag of Halloween sized chips and a “sugar-to-rot-your-teeth”candy pack with lots of room to spare. I was able to fold the top half and seal with my own stickers. They came with tie tags which I didn’t use.I am happy with this purchase!

Frustrating when I order these, only to get flat bags, then reorder a different set that has images of GUSSETED bags only to get FLAT ones AGAIN. :( Not a happy customer here. (I see they've changed the images to show flat bags since my review)

Bags are easy to open. Can't speak much to durability other than to say they haven't ripped apart while loading a few cookies, which is good. Needs well met :)

I used them for Christmas gifts of candied pecans. The only thing I would recommend is to use a sugar or flour scoop to fill the bags. Other than that - perfect!

We used these for Halloween bags. These worked great and allowed us to social distance and reduce kids touching lots of candies in a bowl
