This item has been problematic from the start.Some files are readable, some are not readable. The unit appears to over heat. I tried default settings and found this setting didn't help. Date codes were set properly. I will continue to work with the settings in an attempt to make the unit usable since I cannot return it after 60 days. No way I would purchase another Arpenkin Mini dash cam.
