Love this stuff
This soup is comforting akd delicious. Instead of regular sour cream and milk,, I used plant based sour cream and oat milk to make it vegan. While it is a processed powder and therefore not exactly "clean eating" it still seemed relatively nutritious and it's versatile for many topping or seasoning possibilities. I did enjoy the traditional way with cinnamon and butter!
