Foam pads get the job done
These are a few mm larger than pads they’re replacing but so far they’ve stayed on and not slipped off during use. This not a Prime vendor so you’re paying for shipping but they worked out to $1 per pad, still a good deal. Only negative: shipped from China upon ordering and it took 3 weeks to arrive.
