Minecraft: Story Mode - Season Disc - PlayStation 4

They really enjoy playing the game

My and my 6 year-old daughter loved this game. I wouldn't have enjoyed playing it on my own of course, but playing it with her has been great. This is the game that taught her how to use a playstation controller. It was a bit frustrating at first and I had to play some of the parts for her where you have to aim and press R2, but overall this game is perfect for new gamers because the interaction is extremely minimal and slow-moving.Patton Oswalt and Brian Posehn are awesome as always. I wasn't as familiar with the other voices, but the voice acting was always top notch.

Fun to play

My son is a Minecraft Fanatic and he absolutely loves this game! If your child loves Minecraft, then they will love to receive this game as a gift. The game reminds me of the old "Choose Your Own Adventure Books" fun for both kids and adults. The only bummer is that you have to wait for new episodes to be released, but I guess it gives your child something to look forward to. I would reccomend it.

I'm giving this 5 stars because my 10 year old son loves it. I, however, think it's garbage. It's not so much a game as it is a movie that let's you make choices throughout it. For what it actually is I don't think it's worth the money. It's fun to watch them play it but I think it will get old quick.

The 10 year old loved it. It's actually pushing the 6 year old to learn to read much faster (so that he can answer the prompts before the timeout picks the default). But, the 14 year old would be bored by the slow pace; thank goodness I don't have a 14-year old yet. The worst part is, the 6 year old now wants me to write mods for his PC to duplicate the custom mobs in here.

I have never played Minecraft and don't understand the fuss about it, but I had to play this game because I absolutely LOVE everything Telltale touches. This game is awesome! It has an incredible look to it and it was surprisingly action-packed. The best part about it was that it was hilarious (especially the character Axel). Cannot recommend this enough!

The game is Minecraft based, but there doesnt seem to be much game to it. It seems to run more like a movie. You make a decision on what to do. Then the game continues based on that. You occasionally get to kill something. Mostly you just watch the characters doing their thing on the screen. It just seems more like a slightly interactive Indiana Ones movie not a Minecraft game.
