Women's High Low Peasant Dress Costume

I would like to explain how this fit me.I am 5’8” 235 42D bra with a waist around 41” 49 hips. I have an apple shape body type.This was cute for the Ren fair and I paired with with a waspie belt I got here on Amazon as well.I will say I could had probably sized down and the back hit right close to the high end of my ankles.To top part is more stretchy so if you’re busty don’t worry there will be room.The waist does not have as much stretch but has a zipper which I did not have to use it just slid on over my head easily. There was too. In the waist area for me and I feel I could had sized down.There are VERY long laces for the waist and arms (I had to have someone do my arms). So it being loose around the waist was not a big deal I feel it was an extra 2-4 inches loose.If you are the type of lady who is pair shaped or hour glass the 1x/2x may work.I will order it in a size down and try to update my review based on that.Over all it was cute the only main issue besides it being a little loose on me was there was a small hole in the front skirt part.

I am 5'9 and a size 18/20. I was really concerned with the sizing as a lot of reviews posted about issues. I originally bought this in the black color for a pirate costume and bought it in a 3X/4X. It was way too big. Without a belt or something on, I felt like a potato. I was able to just slip over my head. No need for the zipper. The Sleeves were also beyond big, and I have HUGE arms. It came down to about the knee in the front and the tops of my ankles in the back.I then repurchased in a size 1X/2X in the burgundy color and love it! I still didn't have to use the zipper, but it is a little more form fitting around my tummy. It doesn't feel like it's going to fall off, but it isn't hip hugging either. It's going to work perfectly for a costume!

I'm glad a read the reviews - I'm 5'1" 115lbs and always wear small/size 4. I got a medium and fits perfectly. It has a side zipper so it's pretty form fitting although in picture and description I thought it would be loose. Has the look of loose but actually is fitted. Reviews are correct in saying material is thin/see thru - I have a mini slip under it on in this picture which works great but you can kind of see my bra lines on top so I may wear a different bra. Not too bad if you were some where with low lighting but if not I think you would definitely need a slip. Picture was taken as soon as It arrived and directly from the shipping box. I think once the wrinkles loosen up and I iron the laces it will look nicer.Overall it is a great value and perfect for the festival I'm wearing it to this weekend.

I bought this dress for a gothic photo shoot and I am impressed by its quality and it suits my body type very well! I love the high low length as well as the off the shoulder style! It is hard for me to find clothing on Amazon that fits me as well as this does! I am 5'4" and weigh 325. This dress is very stretchy so you can go a size down in my opinion! I hope they do other costumes/dresses in different colors just because I would wear this on a casual basis!

Beautiful dress. I bought the wine color. Love it!! Using the dress for Halloween. When I got it I was so excited to try it on just to know it’s big on me. I originally order small/medium. I emailed the company to cancel it and i bought the Medium/ large. Mistake. I cancel the original order due to the reviews. I guess everybody type is different. The dress does not run small. It’s true to size. I was excited to order it I did not read the reviews. I am 34 DD 26inch waist. I wear size 3 jeans. The medium large it’s big.! Because the material is gauze it stretches out.So I have a waist cincher belt from previous costum which I will wear to bring it together. The dress is not see through at all. I cannot return it to exchange because won’t get it in time for my costume party. So this will have to do.

Cute dress for renaissance fair. Still need to iron it. I’m wearing black underwater and you can see them through the back definitely wear nude colored. Not so see through but definitely can see that. Love it over all. Goes with this corset so nicely. I got a small & im 5’4” & 130lbs if you need an idea of which size will fit best

I bought this thinking it was white but it is almost a yellowy colour. Almost as if it was in a smokers house for years lol. It still fits as the picture shows but it is very thin material & I’m a bit disappointed that it was white.. A little expensive for what you get.
