I'm a long-time sufferer of plantar fasciitis and these are great. When I do have a flare up, I want direct compression on the heel and these do the trick! They haven't healed me yet but they definitely help decrease the intensity of the pain! I don't run in them but I put them on after I'm done to help with recovery.

Tulsi’s X Brace is much easier to use than KT tape. The only trouble I have encountered is the heal straps wants to slide off to often.

We measured according to the instructions in the item detail and still the size seemed wrong. These braces were also very uncomfortable for my daughter even when trying the next size up. You are better off using Kinetic tape (consult a PT if needed for instruction on how to use).

I've bought at least 5 sets of these. the last 2 were not the same quality. My gymnast has always used them daily during training but the last 2 started raveling or snapped before 3 months of use. They use to last almost a year

Second time I’ve had this item. Only tho g that helped my planter fasciitis

This product fits my foot and provides the support needed for a fallen arch. I have reduced pain in my leg now that my walking gait is balanced.

The heel part slips right off when you start walking :(
