These are perfect for traveling and naps at the office. Indeed they do not block out 100% (maybe 95%) but I have tried many eye shades over the years, and they do not either; unless they press against your eyelids and that is very painful and annoying after a short period of time. These let in a very little bit of light at the nose and perimeters. Direct sun (as in looking directly at the sun with no clouds) does come through a bit, but you're probably not gonna wear cloth eye shades at the beach. Not that great for side sleeping either as they are hard plastic, but that is not what i bought them for. Also like that I don't absolutely look like i am sleeping and waiting to be robbed, while you were using them in for eg. an airport. Good case too. Worth the money!

They broke 😭. $38 I expected them to last much longer. They were great until the frame broke apart and the lens fell out.

I wish they were a bit wider so I could sit in direct sunlight in comfort. As is, enough light gets in the perimeter that it's incredibly uncomfortable.

Buyer beware. Have purchased 2 pair of theses glasses. They do not cover face completely so some light comes thru. More important the frames are very fragile. Both pairs have broken within 3 months of purchase, even though I only use them once in a while. They spend too much money on fancy packaging (box that ties with ribbon, etc.) and not enough money on the construction of the glasses. Would rather have strong eyeglass frame than fancy box which I just throw away. Will not buy 3rd pair. Looking for another brand to buy. (Have not had this problem with the other light blocking glasses I own.)

Very good product! Bought for long cross country trips in my Tesla. Stopping to Supercharge and sleep can be tough (daylight, light poles, etc). Looking for some blackout glasses to help me sleep. These glasses are comfortable and do a great job. High quality and come with a solid case. Recommend if anyone is interested in looking for a high quality light blocking glasses.

These worked great at first, but they didn't last a year. It's like there was a little piece just dropped off in the same exact place on both sides. I didn't even wear them very often. Even the case lining tore up not long after my purchase. I'm very disappointed, I was so hopeful when I first purchased. I tried to fix them, but I gave up and judt threw them away.

Worked great until they broke. Quality just isn't there to support the high price tag.

These are definitely are black out. You cannot see through them at ALL. For resting, light does come around sides ( they are designed like sun glasses).
