What can I say about Stargazer coffee from Copper Moon Coffee? This may be the best coffee I’ve ever had. Really. The fresh aroma is enticing when you open the bag. The roast quality is probably the highest that I’ve ever enjoyed. The coffee tastes smooth and creamy and definitely not bitter.

Excellent Choice!
Very good coffee- used in our espresso machine Nice medium to dark roast without bitterness. My wife has her milky coffees and I generally grind a strong coffee in the morning- and this bean held up splendidly. In fact this bean is going to become our everyday choice for now.

Very minimal flavor on the Hazelnut
Flavors were very muted and dull. I honestly am at a loss for words. I have never seen such a high rated coffee across so many users with such a bland finish for me personally. I want to give them another try in another bean type, but I'm scared to try them since its a lot of sub-par coffee to drink if it is of the same quality were I to order again.
