Reviews are mixed versions of many coffees making it impossible to make sense?

In response to Copper Moon: This may be true, but that's because you have every coffee you sell under one listing. If you had listings for each flavor, each review would be fore that specific flavor. I understand it's probably more work on your part, but it would help anyone who are curious about a specific taste and don't want to sift through 4,000 reviews to find 3 that either do, or do not, recommend that flavor.

What’s the difference in time between roasting and shipping?

Hello, Thank you for your interest in Copper Moon Coffee. Our coffees are very fresh when delivered to your doorstep. We roast small batches every day and we have a process that removes all of the oxygen from the bag or K-cup. By removing all of the oxygen the coffee stays as fresh as the day it was roasted, so when you open and brew the coffee you're experiencing the best possible cup of coffee. The amount of time it takes from when we roast the coffee to arriving at your door can vary but typically it's only several weeks, we maintain inventory levels at Amazon's distribution centers for 1 month or less and then we replenish with fresh coffee. Is your coffee kosher?

Upon opening the bag of beans and filling a 16 oz airtight container,is it ok to store the remaining beans in the original bag(sealing it up airtight?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. We do recommend storing in an airtight container. Storing in the bag is ok because they are beans and wholr Beans maintain freshness more than ground, however an airtight container would maintain freshness more so than the bag. We hope this helps. It's a great coffee with a lot of flavor and smell, and it's at a fairly reasonable price.

Pretty Good

It's pretty good coffee, though I would prefer a stronger coconut flavor. It is very faint, but it's still good. I feel like the beans are a little dark for a medium roast, but I wouldn't say it tastes burnt when brewed. I would order them again, as it is a decent price for the amount of coffee you get.

Coffee is fantastic

We normally but Kona coffee from Hawaii but price increased significantly. Wanted to try something else and this search came up with this brand. Brewed some coffee and am impressed with the flavor! Will definitely get it again.

Has been great for office but HUGE PRICE JUMP July 2024
