This is the third time in using this Benefit product, first time with this sellerFor me with very sparse brows, the Precisely, My Brow Pencil is my dream product,You just need to figure out which shade number suits your hair colouring / from low to high.

Surprised how quickly it ran out !
Beware product doesn’t last long ! Lovely product ; precise and easy to use , however the pencil is used up very soon after initial use! 🥲

Disappointing
I found this too difficult to get a firm line, I prefer some cheaper brands I've found and, generally, I love Benefit.

Awful
My eyebrow pencil was completely dried up when it arrived and snapped on the first use. When I contacted Amazon they said I need to contact the manufacturer, Benefit. I did this and Benefit told me they couldn’t do anything as Amazon are an unauthorised seller of this product but they would contact their legal team. Really disappointed.Luckily I used the telephone helpline and got my refund. Don’t buy from this store!
