I remodeled my bathroom and had plumber professionally install only to find out it’s defective and now behind my newly tiled bathroom. This company says 5 year warranty but the numbers listed are NOT IN SERVICE AND NO INE RESPONDS TO EMAILS. The warranty link also directs you to a blank page. Amazon has a 30 day return policy but when your waiting for plumbers to install and remodel a bathroom it took longer then a month and gave me a hard time with refunding. I have to rebuy this product again because now that the product is tiled in i am stuck trying to switch out. I will follow up but if the new one i order is defective as well i will be stuck removing my new tiled job and redo the plumbing for a new shower. So this mistake may cost me another 5 grand after the 25,000 i already spent. Please just buy at least for shower a reliable brand. This product has given me so much anxiety and headache ITS NOT WORTH IT!

Appears to be a good value so far for the money. Functions well. LED lights are pretty cool to shower by at night. sprayer functions well, and the wall spouts are a nice option if you're trying not to get your hair wet.

This required a lot of plumbing work. They told me it wasn’t possible to install both the jets and the hand shower. Since it’s button-operated, there’s no way to adjust the water pressure. It comes out full force. Then the hand shower doesn’t fit snugly in the bracket. Just the thin tube goes in, but the hand shower is top-heavy, so the bracket has to stay vertical—if you tilt it, it falls out. Then when you turn it on with the button, the water comes shooting out and the hand shower falls out and goes shooting everywhere. And you can’t use both at the same time. :( I’m heavily invested at this point, so I’m going to try to put silicone or foam tape around the hose, but if you’re considering buying—DON’t!

It just got installed so I have not tested the water pressure yet, I will come back to update the review. The retractable shower head has a separate attachment for placement so the hose can be positioned linear or in a coil position based on preference. Shower head comes with a 12" extender pole I opted to make the rainfall shower head hang higher towards the ceiling so I swooped it out for a shorter brass pipe.

Beautiful shower head, looks extremely high end and fits my newly remodeled bathroom perfectly. Will not disappoint!
