Easy to use, great image quality, great software
I found some old photos on a memory stick and decided to surprise my sister with them. Thought it would be an ideal way to present them on a digital frame. The main reason for choosing this model was because of the software. I wanted it to be easy to upload images without the need of transferring from phone to pc to usb to digital frame. The frame is wonderful as a whole.Transferring photos is easy. Can be done via app, usb or an SD card. Also really easy for friends and family to send photos to, by providing them with the code assigned to the digital frame, and they can upload images easily. Also allows for video upload. Which is nice to see. I edited small clips and added a few. Creates a nice show. The app is very easy to use. The app/software is the highlight of this device. While setting it up, my son pulled the cable and the device turned off. Had to wait for it to boot up again and start again. That was really annoying. Would have been ideal if it had a small battery in the frame to prevent this from happening. But small chance of that happening again, no real issue. You can adjust how the photo fits in the frame, hide photos that you've got sent but don't want to display and able to view the whole gallery. Captions can be added to videos and see the date and time it got sent. You can have multiple frames in different rooms and name them so you know which frame you're sending it to. The image quality is very good. Most of the images uploaded were from a 2012 phone. So wasn’t the best image quality but regardless, still look good on the frame. Some things that we didn’t like much and hope will improve. You can only add 10 photos at a time, which can make the process quite slow. The frame seems a little plasticky, feels a little fragile but it is light. In general the build quality is good, just feels a little plastic. The design and software being exceptional, I expected the build quality to be better. The touch screen isn’t the best either, feels a little clunky but it works fine. To be fair, it’s not really meant to be touched often anyway. Most of the time, you’ll use the software. These issues are minor, because it’s a digital frame. It’s not meant to be touched often. It’s meant to be on display.

Fantastic frame - you won’t regret buying.
I have done lots of research for a while and kept coming back to this one - and I am certainly not disappointed.I have always wanted something like this as I feel it’s a shame that all old photos are stuck away on a computer never seen. I decided I wanted one which could store initially from a sd card but then had the facility of WiFi to make it easier to put photos on without the hassle of getting a laptop out - this has it all.It has a timer to come on and off so it is used every day so don’t have to remember to switch it on.Picture quality/colour is great and wherever I sit in my room I can see the photo clearly. I like the way you can also fit and adjust the photo to the frame. To start with I selected all my photos onto a file on my laptop and then copied them over to a micro SD card and inserted it the slot (was a little bit fiddly) and away we went.I then downloaded the app and invited my hubby and daughter to join and off they went adding all sort of photos and videos from their phone (can do 10 at once but so easy). Videos play for 10 secs and it has the facility in settings to turn off videos (which I have done due to daughter sending lots!!).I like the fact that the frame has no advertising name on like others I have looked at.Totally impressed and once we come out of lockdown and visitors can start coming to the house I know it will be a talking point and I will be highly recommending this frame.Delivery was super quick. Cannot fault anything about this frame and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Brilliant quality images, easy to upload via wifi
My first digital photo frame was purchased many years ago and it's fair to say it didn't live up to me expectations - a low resolution screen, small size and fiddly to get photos onto a SD card to change them. However that was a decade or so ago and it's fair to say things have completely changed since then. The first big difference is that pictures look lovely on this - a lovely big screen that has sufficient resolution to make do photos justice. It can be used in either portrait or landscape mode and the software will automatically rotate the pictures for you. That leads me to the second part, uploading pictures. The frame runs a version of Android (so it's effectively a tablet in a photo frame running a customised version of Android), which surprised me at first but makes perfect sense as it means you get the advantages of Android's wifi handling etc. Uploading is done via wifi and a app called Frameo on the app store (or for ios store too, works with either). It's simple to use - the frame generates a code you give to the app, then you choose photos in the app and hit send. This means you can get friends and family to download the app and they can then upload to the frame - I can see this being great for parties and family gatherings.Setup is fairly easy - it walks you through most of it and the only trouble I had was connecting to our wifi, but that worked after a few attempts (make sure it's 2g not 5g you are connecting to)The only slight niggle I have is there's no Windows version of the app that I can see, so uploading has to be done from a phone or tablet - it would be nice in future if a desktop version is produced so I can send pics form my PC as well, without having to copy them to my phone first or access them via google drive or dropbox etc.I'm really happy with this - the pictures look great and they've made it really simple to use.
