Well.... I thought I would like this case and I really do... except the fact that it doesn’t have a cutout for the Apple Pencil. I have to pry the case apart every time I need to charge my pencil, which is every night.If you don’t have the pencil, then this case is fine. But if you do, it’s more work to charge the pencil and super inconvenient.

The case in and of itself is good quality. The materials that came with the case said that it should have a pen holder and on the shoulder strap there should be reflective material and a zip pocket, and neither of those things were included. The support was snarky with me stating that maybe I was mistaken that it came with my case...really? Or that it was from another case... I only have this one. Just rude.

This case is awesome. The straps on the case is wonderful for carrying. (adult or toddler) However this iPad case doesn’t come with a build in screen protector. (Your screen is cut out with no protection.) You have to order a screen protector separately especially for the back camera. Other than that, this case is wonderful. So I gave it 4 stars because you can still crack your front screen and back camera !!!

Firstly, I was happy it arrived less than 48 hours from the time I ordered it. Out of the package, i was looking for a how to instruction or a link. I know it seems straight forward, but I dont like to assume which can sometimes lead to it breaking. The end pieces for the strap were already added, but placed diagonally of each other. I readjusted one so my kids can wear it around horizontally. Three of the hole straps allowed me to insert an instrument through, but unfortunately the one i wanted to place the strap took sometime to get it through. There is a blue plastic tool that comes in the bag, I can only assume is to help pry the case open. I tried to watch a how to video of a different model but it wasnt the same, I even sent a question, only to realise after how to assemble it properly. Place the pad in flush against the back case, than the silicone piece will hug the case. Lastly, add the frame to lock the silicone in place. The strap on the back needs to be rejigged for the stand to open. Hoping the velcro will stand the test of time with my kids and travelling, and wished it came with a screen protective cover or atleast a cloth. Otherwise, it feels very sturdy.

Almost perfect, I can’t wait for the newest version that would support the pencil. This heavy duty, fair price, fast shipping, and slick features like shoulder and hand strap.

Arrived Friday, by Sunday my back hurt from lifting it, I have a sore wrist from trying to get the stand to move from open position, and the stand is wobbly when it is open.I’m writing this review on a last gen iPad and it has a New Trent hard case. The easel is METAL. I treat my things right, which is one of the reasons I’m so surprised about this current case. But with the New Trent I can be as Holly Go Lightly as I wish. It isn’t breaking.Save your money here. In fact if New Trent offered the 12.9” without the pen holder I wouldn’t even be here myself to write this review.Or as the saying goes “keep moving, nothing to see here.”

This is a really heavy duty case. It’s like a giant otter box. I love the security and I love the handle on the back. If you want to attach your pencil, there’s no place for it. If you want to attach a big multi USB port you may have issues (mine won’t attach while it’s in the case). But, if you’re going to be carrying your iPad around and you want it safe and secure, this case provides some serious protection.

I have bought 5 different cases for my iPad Pro 12.9, and I have to say this is by far the best, sturdy and durable case I’ve ever had even for all my past iPads/iPhones!!!I highly recommend this case for anyone looking to protect their tablet/iPad! Just so everyone knows that I am not a fake comment I’m Joey from Boston MA!!!

My toddler uses my ipad from time to time so I wanted a heavy duty case to protect it from any bumps and scratches. So far so good.Pros- seems to protect the ipad- back stand allows for a comfortable landscape and portrait positioningCons- removing the case is awkward - literally need to rip the rubbery part of the case off, it just doesn't feel right- the design isn't the most beautiful looking- cannot lie the ipad COMPLETELY flat because of the back hand grip

Great strong product and worth the money. Useful flip out stand with hand grip and strap also. Also wanted a case that did not have a pen slot which this one does not so perfect !

El producto es excelente tanto para productos 2018 como 2021, el único detalle es su uso para auto, ojalá hubiese tenido 4 agarres para un soporte correcto en auto ya que con tan solo 2 baila mucho.

No le doy todas las estrellas debido a que le falta porta pencil, en si en general está muy bien, grande y robusto el iPad queda bien protegido.
