Broken and the small amount of white icing was worn off
I love these cookies, and I first had them in New York where I bought them off a shelf of it Italian specialty store. And I’ve been a fan ever since. But, arriving through the mail is just not good for cookies. The bag arrived in a box, but when I removed it, it appeared that perhaps it was used as a surrogate soccer ball for a game match along the way. Amazon has to do a better job with quality control for product such as this. I won’t be buying any sort of cookies through Amazon again.

The same as in Italy...
My husband moved to the U.S. from Italy 5 years ago. Whenever we go back to visit, he always buys these cookies. They are so simple and I am sure we make something just like them here, but this is what reminds him of home. The Italian grocer here in Dallas does not stock these, so I was so happy to find them online. The shipping is a little expensive, but they arrive quickly and unbroken.

Wir haben die Kekse diesen Sommer in Italien entdeckt. Sie sind wirklich lecker, man merkt den Butteranteil gleich und freuen uns, dass wir hier in Deutschland einen Handel gefunden haben. Generell schmeckten und die Kekse in Italien besser als bei uns. Außer man macht sich die Kekse selber .😐
