Full of Explosive Taste, Fragrance and even Healthy
We love garlic in this modest household and manage to fit it in our meals a lot. We normally do not use it at breakfast, but that is only because it does not go well with grits and hog jowl. The other meals get more than their fair share of garlic. We usually buy a bag of 'fresh' garlic, but usually find that it is about as old as those socks standing in the doorway. A friend suggested getting minced garlic in a bottle instead. WOW! That was a wonderful suggestion. We do not have a Costco anywhere near as far as I know, but we have Amazon and who needs any other store. The garlic arrived in its hefty plastic jar and 6 teaspoon fulls were added to the spaghetti sauce. I was in the back dreaming up something inane and out of the kitchen came a delightful fragrance, although not fragile, that filled the entire house. I was astonished that so little garlic could light up an entire house. Even the dogs would not leave the kitchen while they were thinking about what was for dinner. The garlic is good, really good. I have had some for the past 4 days in a row. My dentist will have to wear his mask as will his staffers.

Great, quick product.
This is very nice garlic. I've used it before. I like a LOT of garlic, this is quick and fills the bill. Also, it's not a chemical soup like a lot of jarred garlic is. My only gripe was the ship. Two large plastic jars in a box with such a little packing that both jars came really beat up. How these didn't leak is totally beyond me. When I open one it's going in a glass container. Amazon....WATCH YOUR PACKING...I've had other items come the same way.

Good American product
Not fresh chopped garlic from my own knife (we grow our own), but a very good product, quick and easy to use. Saves a lot of time in a busy farm kitchen.

Garlic Lover
I love this garlic. I use it in a lot of my cooking. I love putting it on a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a sprinkle of pepper. It is great on a mushroom topped with tomatoes and a sprinkle of cheese - pop it in the oven or toaster oven to heat and melt cheese. It is a no bread pizza! I would suggest wiping around the top with a paper towel before replacing the lid as the lid tends to get stuck otherwise.

The taste is awesome, I have been buying those 8 once jars
The taste is awesome, I have been buying those 8 once jars, so I get fresh garlic, ha, I didn't even know what minced garlic could taste like until I bought Kirkland Signature Minced California Garlic, the flavor is full, the texture is great, and opening the jar fills the kitchen right away. I am glad I purchased this jar, because I would have never known how good a minced garlic product could be. I always put garlic on my oatmeal in the morning after cooking, along with other superfoods that produces a green colored oatmeal. Thanks for producing such a great product.

Good quality. Most important
Good quality. Most important, it does not come from China. This is from California. I can't get big jars locally from California. All toxic junk from China. Kirkland, I do believe is Costco. We unfortunately do not have a Costco (just Sams Club...yuck!) near us. The price is right on this product. No, it's not as good as freshly chopped and minced garlic, but when you don't feel up to the hassle of the fresh stuff and you want more that the powdered stuff, this is great. P.S. I also source my powdered garlic from California. I do believe it is also Kirkland.

Good Flavor, No Fuss Garlic
I use a lot of garlic, but I hate to chop it up, and I hate to dirty the food processor to chop a clove or 2 of garlic. This is a good way to get minced garlic without the fuss. The flavor is good, the mince is fine enough to work in any recipe, and the jar is large enough to last for a while. Try par-boiling green beans, then sauteeing them in butter or olive oil with a teaspoon or 2 of garlic and black pepper. My veggie-averse sons actually enjoy green beans when prepared that way.
