what an amazing tool I am amazed I never ordered this before . I am laying wooden flooring and this has made the job 100 times easier. cutting round door frames and skirting boards was a chore before now it takes seconds to get the right angles marked onto the piece of wood. achieving an exact cut is simple to do along with using a rotary saw. the job was complete in a singe day not 2 or 3 days of measuring and remeasuring . my next project is to build a sat if decking stairs above a set of concrete steps so this tool will be invaluable to say the least. this is now the first thing I ensure is in my tool bag every time

This is a great product, we purchased as we were scribing wood to fit in awkward shaped spaces, and it took time and patience and wasn’t providing accurate results.This tool allowed us to accurate create templates and the floor went down perfectly.It’s all made of strong plastic, and there were a couple of occasions were we had to remeasure as the tips moved and went out of alignment. Only reason for 4 stars.

Got this as a gift for my dad who was thrilled. Has used it a few times for work now and has explained that it has saved a lot of time. Quality seems good and is great value for money.

Could really do with a locking function. Does work but a bit fiddly owing to the lack of locking

I’ve seen so many adverts and it made me buy it. I put my laminate flooring with my dad and this little tool, it moulds very well and you can cut very precise shapes. I am so happy I did not have to improvise anymore. And you get two of them, plus a ruler and a pencil.

Arrived on time , worked perfectly great value for money

I'm in two minds and thinking of returning it. Its just about usable. I've tried it for DIY. It has quite a weak grip to hold the fins so the shape can deform it you don't hold it carefully which does not help it your working fast. Its good for the depth but that's about it. Some of the fins catch on one another far to easily so its does not have a smooth slide action and you have a mess around with it to get the profile semi accurate. I've have used better ones which cost less. Maybe I have a bad one? Given 2 starts due to the depth.

Lefyr Konturmessgerät war mir eine große Hilfe!Die Qualität von der Profillehren überzeugt und das Preisleistungverhältnis ist vollkommen gerechtfertigt.Die Konturenlehre war mir eine große Hilfe bei Laminat verlegen (in Flur) die vielen Ecken und Kanten könnten wir damit super schnell zurecht schneiden weil das ausrechnen der an der Wand liegenden Teile nicht mehr nötig war (wie eine Woche davor in Wohnzimmer)Und dadurch das den Set 2 Stück (eine kleine und eine etwas größere) bei liegen könnte man die Arbeit noch schneller und effektiver erledigen.Ein kleiner Helfer das ich in meiner Werkzeugköfferchen nicht mehr missen will.

Was an der Konturenlehre von Lefyr sehr positiv ist, ist die einfache und praktische Handhabung. Kein Ruckeln oder Hängen. In meinem Beispiel verläuft eine Silikonfuge entlang dem untersten Rand des Türrahmens, an der die Lehre an ihre Grenzen stößt, denn das Ergebnis wird leicht verfälscht. Doch das Produkt ist gut durchdacht, da seine Vorderkante abgestuft und daher flexibel im Gebrauch ist. Das Nachzeichnen der Konturen muss erst geübt und angepasst werden. Man kann sich also nicht hundertprozentig auf die aufgenommenen Konturen verlassen. Etwas weiter versetzte Verformungen schafft die Lehre nicht mehr zu übertragen.Fazit: Für das Grobe Adaptieren eine praktische Hilfe. Für genaue Ergebnisse muss nachgearbeitet und -gemessen werden.

Die Verarbeitung der beiden Konturenlehren ist ohne Beanstandung, sie sind sehr stabil, gut zu handhaben und haben auf beiden Seiten Maßangaben. Erst war ich skeptisch, da sie keinen Feststeller besitzen. Beim praktischen Einsatz (Fußboden verlegen) zeigte sich jedoch, dass sie fest bleiben und beim Nachzeichnen nicht verrutschen. Die beiden Teile sind wirklich eine enorme Erleichterung, wenn Ecken und Kanten, sowie Heizungsrohre ausgeschnitten werden müssen. Keine mühselige Fummelei und Frustration mehr. Warum hat das nicht schon früher einer erfunden?
