This works on my HP Pavillion 20xi monitor
This fits my HP Pavillion 20xi monitor and works perfectly for this use.I have included a photo of the power supply label with its details. The output rating noted on power supply label indicates 18-20 volts at 2A to 4A, so it is a bit of a vague description on the amperage rating. What I can say with confidence is it can power an HP Pavillion 20xi monitor without getting alarmingly hot, which is what I was looking for.

A great straight replacement for a missing HP Monitor
We lost a number of HP monitor power supplies when our office moved and these worked well as replacements. They seem well built, good power cord length, and no failures so far.

HP Pavilion 23xi Monitor. Works perfectly.
Got this power adapter for an HP Pavilion 23xi monitor. Been going strong for a week and no issues, power supply doesn't get hot at all which is a bonus, seems like a quality product so far. UPDATE= 2 months later no issues, great adapter.

acceptable customer support?
The power supply I received had the wrong size tip...even though it said it was a match for the power supply model number I had. So I wrote in using their support form online, including pictures, and have heard nothing for a number of days.This was the reason for my initial 1 star rating - lack of communication is a big annoyance.Of course, I would be quite happy to update this review if I get contacted and get this corrected!Okay, here's my update...in today's mail I received a tip to convert from the too-big size to the size I needed. Yay!But - I had no notification that it was coming! That would have been nice...Bottom line, they made it right, so I'm good with that, but I really wish there had been communication.

Fixed my monitor
When my fairly new monitor started blinking off, I called the company. The technician kept telling me that it was the power supply. I knew better but eventually decided to invest $17 to prove him wrong. It was I who was wrong. The adapter fixed my "broken" monitor and I've had no problems since. (My experience does raise the question of why the power supply that came with my monitor failed so soon after purchase but that's another question.)

you get what you pay for
This product worked fine for a few weeks. I was using it for my monitor, and it was fine until the screen started flickering from the power going in and out every couple of seconds.I think this product could seriously damage your electronics with an electrical surge, so keep that in mind if you’r planning on using this with anything you value.I wish I’d spent a little extra money to get a higher quality product.

Excellent customer service and product quality
Fantastic customer service. The adapter that came with the power supply was the incorrect for my monitor. I reached out to customer service for tpower and the expedited the correct fitting via two day shipping. Monitor works like a charm now.
