Inadequate
I bought the Geo Cruzer heavy duty chair despite the fact I weigh little more than 200 pounds. I figured it would last longer because it's designed for a 395 pound person. In addition, I didn't need it on a daily basis, just when I go out which was maybe once a week.I've had it since December 2015 and when it arrived it was quite simple to set up. I like the fact that it is light weight and can fold to fit in car trunk. My experience from there is not quite as positive. The seat is not comfortable because there is no support and my legs rest on the square frame where the seat cushion is with mere Velcro straps act as minimal support. As a result, my legs begin to ache after a half hour of sitting.Another problem I had was that whoever assembled the chair, did not tighten nuts and bolts properly, because the frame started to come apart within a day or two of use. In addition, the bearings on the front wheels gave out a week or two after use. These two problems caused the frame to shift and cause control problems.Recently, (in May) the bearings on the front right wheel went again. I contacted the company and they sent me a new wheel. By this point, the warranty on the frame was good for parts only, so I began working on it. I struggled a little to get the wheel off and video called support. While speaking to them about repairing it I finally fixed the problem, but before I hung up, the frame fell apart while I was about to test it out.Bottom line, the chair has proved far less than reliable. It also is some what dangerous. The control issues caused me to nearly turn into the street traffic and into people. I do not recommend this product if dependability is a must. From my experience, it is not.

Wonderful convenience; tiny footrest
The convenience of this chair is amazing. I enjoy the ease of folding and unfolding it. A word of warning to people with longer legs (I am 5'10) or with legs that don't bend well-the footrest is really narrow in width and not very deep. I have trouble bending my bad leg enough to fit it on the footrest comfortably. As a result, using it for any distance is somewhat uncomfortable. I still believe it was worth the price, and am hoping to figure some way to get a removable expanded footrest fashioned for it.

Second thoughts. Very disappointed.
Item arrived as quickly as it could-about two weeks. Amazon listed expedited shipping but MedBroad (dealer) said they did not approve that. I believe them because the tracking number Amazon gave was for a 3 lb. Item shipping to somewhere else. Medbroad helped me so much and I think performed a miracle : once they confirmed it was in country, it took 2 days less than their estimate to arrive at my door.It unpacked very easily and was ready to use immediately. All standard parts arrived with it. Set up is about 4 easy steps and manual is very clear. The 1 issue for me is seat is not quite wide enough and isn't adjustable but it will do (I adjusted the bottom chain a little forward and I fit better into the seat after that.) I am most of 6 ft tall and have ample hips but I know many who fit the weight rating for this chair soul not be comfortable in this seat. Measure carefully.Back to the good stuff. It also fits into the trunk of my subcompact car (Chevy Sonic) with tons of room to spare for groceries, equipment, you name it.The foldable chair costs a lot more than, say, shoprider, and so far I think it is worth it. This chair will make it possible to travel again, which is one of my greatest loves. The other is shopping, and now I don't have to limit myself to stores that have electric carts. I think it will pay for itself in the long run.12/25/15: It is very hard to lift it out of my car, because my back pain is my handicap. I got some telescoping ramps and they help, but they are heavy too. They do work on low steps as well. I am determined to manage this chair and remain independent. Will let you all know how that turns out...2/24/16 It was hard to steer at first but improved so now I use it every day. I could not get from my car to my desk without it but it is just not big enough too accomodate anyone who fits the weight profile. And it's way too heavy to lift into my car, which cannot shooter a host. I wasted my money when I could have gotten something that lives up to its claims, but the only way to know all this is through hard experience.

RIPOFF
Bought the chair in July 2016. At first it work fine and I was able to go on Sunday walks (rolls) with my sister. After 2 months the chair started pulling to the left and then the drive wheels started locking up. It became undrivable after 3 months. Customer Service turned out to be non-existent. No calls were returned, no help provided. Stay away from this POS. It is a poor quality, unreliable, ripoff.

NON FUNCTIONING CHAIR
I bought the product in December 2015 and it worked fine; in January 2016 the chair stopped working properly. It would start go for a few seconds and stop abruptly. The Company and manufacturer were helpful at first. Since I live in the Republic of Panama, the manufacturer sent one part, central controller assuring that was the problem. When I received the part the chair continued having the same problem, but now in reverse. You pushed the joystick forward and it went backwards and after a few seconds it would abruptly stop. They send me the joystick and the problem continued so I was asked to send the chair. (It cost almost $600 to send it one way) so I thought we needed a better solution. I finally got a technician that repairs electric chairs in Panama and asked for the wiring diagram and said I would assume the responsibility. As of today I have not gotten a concrete response for the wiring diagram, so I am stuck with a nonfunctioning $3000 chair.
