Too expensive for what you get!
I am not saying this is not a quality service, but it is probably not practical in most cases. Note that the kit allows you to test ONE item. I couldn't find that fact in the listing. In my case, it was a coffee pot. For $300, I could have replaced that coffee pot with a really nice stainless steel one that definitely doesn't leach phthalates and BPA. Who cares if the one I have does -- it is not worth the price to find out.
