This is the first projector I've owned. This option is part of my bus conversion, actually. The distance from one wall to the other was just enough for proper spacing, so that wasn't an issue at all. It's relatively quiet considering how much heat the fan has to move out of it, and it was super easy to set up for the most part.This works well on both black and white screens. My initial screen was black, and that worked great in the day time or at night. I didn't have to dim any lights or cover any windows to see this. On a white screen, it's even brighter and is great for daytime use. I was going for something to replace my aging 32 inch TV. Scaled down to just 75%, this is still a bit larger than that, which is perfectly fine. Of course, it could be much larger, but I just don't have the need or desire for such a huge screen.In gaming (Xbox and computer, Forza Horizon 4, Halo, etc), the difference in the graphics is amazing. Since i bought this just weeks after upgrading my computer's graphics, all I can say is that I didn't realize what I've been missing. Not only is the picture more clear, there is a realism to it that I didn't expect.I can also use this to work as I've been working from home for several years now (even more with covid going on). I can see the text. Sure, like any projector, the edges aren't as crisp as the center, but with fine adjusting (and making sure the projector itself is straight), I can see and read some of the smallest text anywhere on the screen.Again, this is my first projector, so I don't know what to compare it to other than my older tv's. Overall, a huge jump in resolution quality and realism when it comes to both games and videos. Well worth the money.I will say, though, that I don't really like the remote. It doesn't always register when pointed right at the front. It's not at all a deal breaker because once it's set up to my computer, I'm noticing I use my computer setting to control everything. Other than that, perfectly happy so far.

After months of researching, I got a great deal on this projector with WiFi, Bluetooth, Full HD Native, 400+ inches projection size, and high brightness.The projector came with a lens cover and cleaning cloth, HDMI cable, RCA cable, AV cables, remote control, carrying case. It has 2x HDMI, 2x USB, RCA, VGA, SD Card Reader, and 3.5mm Audio ports.I tested this projector with a Windows 10 wireless display connection and a Google Chromecast directly connected to HDMI, and both recognized the 1080P resolution. You need to spend time positioning the projector properly with respect to the screen and manually adjusting the focus and keystone to get a crisp picture, it’s worth the time and you will learn it’s easy to use.I recommend navigating through the Menu Settings, test the default presets settings and try to use the manual setup to improve the picture and sound. Of course, you always will prefer to plug in a bigger speaker.I tested first indoors, but this projector is intended to be used outdoors because you need to position the projector far away to get a bigger picture. I used it from 16 feet away in my backyard, projecting to a wall (not a white projection screen), at night’s darkness, and got an impressively good picture and even readable text.The fan noise is not a problem and does the work of getting out the heat. If you don’t have a ceiling projector mount, try a projector tripod stand, remember this is not a short-throw projector and you need to position it elevated.Overall, we are very pleased with the performance of this projector.

I did a lot of research and settled with this projector for two reasons. one I was looking for at least a native 1080p projector and wanted something under the budget of $200. I was able to set up this projector for 120" screen and the picture quality is very good in a completely dark room.Setup was easy. I plugged in power and attached Amazon Firestick and I was able to play the movies off the bat.I am extremely happy with this projector. I would have given 5 stars to this projector but there are a couple of things which I did not like about this projector. First is the remote. It is slow and clumsy. sometimes you need to point it towards the projector for it to work. Looks like it needs a very clear line of sight. I am used to Firestick remote and found this remote to be very hard to use. Second, once you close the projector cap, you need to rotate the lens all the way in for the cap to fit in. This means every time you use the projector you need to adjust the projector lens to focus the picture. This is very annoying to move the projector lens back and forth and would have liked one could put the lens cover without changing its preset position.Overall I am satisfied with this projector. You cannot beat the price. I was able to set up the whole projector including mount, 120" screen, extension cord for less than $250.

I was looking for a replacement bulb for my Sharp XR-10S DLP Projector which we use in our outdoor patio area for movie nights. When looking for a replacement bulb the OEM bulb was $142.00. I had ordered non-OEM bulbs on Amazon for 1/3 of the price just to be disappointed in them only lasting a few months. I started noticing many projectors on Amazon that were below $200 dollars with much more features than my 15-year-old Sharp purchased for $800 in 2006. Features like: HDMI/VGA/USB/SD/AV/TV inputs, Wireless device mirroring, Bluetooth, and built-in speakers. For $50 more than my replacement bulb it was worth checking out. I purchased 3 different projectors until I found a suitable replacement.First lesson learned. If you are trying to compare name brand projectors (Sharp, Epson, Optoma) vs lesser-known manufactured projectors, they are not all using the same way of measuring brightness. My Sharp was 2000 ANSI Lumens which apparently is almost 5 times brighter than a 2000 Lumen or Lux rating the other Asian manufactured projectors are publishing. I found that out when I purchased the TMY 6500 Lumen Projector for $80. It was most likely well below 1000 ANSI Lumens. These might work well for indoor viewing throwing the image less than 5 feet of distance in complete darkness (and no image in daylight) but not for the outdoor setup I have (details below).After that I looked for the highest Lumen/Lux Projectors for about $200. I purchased the Yaber Pro V7 9500 L (L=Lumens not ANSI Lumens) for $200 ($299 with $100 coupon) and the Jifar 5G WiFi Bluetooth Projector with 450" Display,9500 Lumens 4K Projector for $200 ($249 minus $50 coupon). The winner was Jifar.Pros: The Jifar was far brighter, image was much clearer and crisper, and the built-in speakers were louder and clearer than that of the Yaber Pro V7. I hung them one up after another and you could even see the image during the day with my outdoor blinds down (the image was washed out but other projectors you see nothing during the day especially when hung over 10 feet away.) You will need at least that distance for the image to be in focus. The Jifar had VGA which the Yaber did not which was the nail in the coffin for Yaber.Cons: I have to admit that the Yaber Pro V7 had better packaging, higher quality plastic shell, and nicer storage bag/backpack. The Jifar plastic shell seemed to be not as smooth, almost as if 3D printed. I really thought the Yaber was going to be a better projector based on the outside. I was proven wrong.On the Jifar I could only see 3 of the 4 mounting holes and thought I had a defective product. I contacted the manufacturer and they quickly sent me an image of where the 4th hole was which I had mistaken for a screw hole. I contacted the manufacture several times and was impressed with how quickly they responded. A special shout out to Grace Yang and Linda who helped me with my questions and even sent helpful guidance photos.About my set-up. I have a Da-Lite drop-down screen that has an 8’ diagonal viewing area. The Jifar projector is ceiling mounted 10’ 6” away from the screen at a height of 8’8”. At this distance the image was too large for the screen but the projector has a zoom down image feature and fit perfectly on the screen with a setting at 90%.Our seating is directly under the projector. The speakers are loud when they are directly above you. I could hear my son watching cartoons though the Jifar via a fire stick from my office which is about 20 feet away. During movie nights we run the audio via Bluetooth to a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer. It did take me awhile to figure out how to connect it to Bluetooth as I have multiple Bluetooth audio devices and I believe they were competing for the signal. I turned off the Bluetooth setting on all devices except for the sound bar and it then connected automatically.I am glad I took a chance on ordering these different projectors and am glad that I did not disqualify the Jifar solely based on their outer plastic shell. Apparently, they focused on investing in what is on the inside vs a nicer exterior. Goes to show you can’t judge a book by its cover. I highly recommend the Jifar projector giving them 5 stars for them providing the most bang for the buck.Pictures show some of the most visually stunning movies/episodes I could find on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney to show the color and quality that this projector puts out. It also shows my set up.

I assumed that the 9500 lumen spec on the projector was going to be a little off but was surprised by how much of a lie it was. My 2400 lumen Epson unit is much brighter. The Jifar is a cheap projector. Why can't they give a real spec? There is no optical zoom on the projector. It is a digital zoom (in only) which means that when you use the zoom at all you are losing output and resolution. The more zoom you use the lower the pixel count and overall output. The image is never truly in focus throughout no matter how hard you try and adjust it. If you use the keystone correction at all the focus in the corners becomes truly awful. I haven't yet counted the pixels to see the real resolution but I am not expecting it to live up to its 1920 by 1080 claim here either. If you are looking for a cheapo projector in cost and performance this seems to be ok. The packaging is also mediocre. The screw down levelling foot can't be used as there is only a single foot and it isn't at the centre of balance so the projector tips over! Just don't expect it to get even close to the quality of other budget but more expensive projectors like Optoma, Epson and BenQ. Yes, you do "get what you paid for"! Why does Amazon allow products like this to be sold on their site? When important specifications like brightness are so far off from reality they should force manufacturers to tell the real story. I also noticed that there is no electrical approval on this product that shows that it can be used in North America. And yes, the speaker sounds like a tin can. What were you expecting for $200.00! And the sellers of this projector offered me money to take down this review. That is pretty unethical. It explains why there are so many good reviews.

We wanted to purchase a new projector for this year, that had both Bluetooth and WiFi, and supported a 4K HDMI signal (native 1080p). We looked at several native 4K projectors, but they are still pretty expensive in the $1,200+ range, with most good ones being closer to $1,500 to $1,900 and some over the $3,000 mark.So we were looking for a good projector in the $200 to $800 range. We tested 10 different units, and of all of those units, the JAFAR 1080p native projector (2022 model) had by far the best and brightest picture!The color is excellent, and the projector is bright enough that you can easily watch anything on a good screen in a lighted room.THE PROJECTOR DOES FULLY SUPPORT DOLBY VISION (at 1080p) as well as HDR. It will also play 4K video at a very sharp 1080p resolution.We tested this projector using various video formats, including 4K UHD video with Dolby Vision and Dolby HDR, HDR+ and HDR10 and the projector played these perfectly without any problems.And the quality and color of these 4K UHD videos were excellent. Of all of the under $1000, 1080p projectors that we tested, we found that this JIFAR 2022 projector and the best features and performance.ALSO, ONE OF THE BEST FEATURES of this projector, is that it allows you to reduce the screen/image size down to 55%. Most projectors we tested will only go down to about 70%.This is important because then it allows you to be able to setup the projector at virtually any (reasonable) distance from the screen (either closer or farther) and be able to adjust the projected picture size to perfectly fit whatever size screen you are using. And although IT IS NOT a short throw projector, you could actually place this projector much closer to your screen, then any other projector we tested.We have our projector hanging down from the ceiling at 13’ 8” from projector to screen, using a 120” 16:9 screen and we can adjust it to completely fit the entire screen perfectly. You could easily place this projector as close as approximately 3' or as far back as 60’ or more. So its very versatile as a projector. And it’s brightness does support longer throws.We also liked the fact that it supports a 4K UHD HDMI signal. We have played many 4K/UHD movies on it and it displays the video without any problems and they look great!If you play an HD or a UHD movie or show on this projector, I think you'll be amazed at just how sharp it is, how bright it is and the colors are perfect.And it will work perfectly with a Roku or Blu-Ray player.And there's a lot of customization that you can do with it as well, in adjusting the color, contrast, brightness, hue, etc, etc.Its a very good and BRIGHT projector with great features and I would highly recommend buying it!In our opinion, it’s one of the best native 1080p projectors (that will support and play a 4K UHD HDMI Dolby Vision signal) that you could purchase for under $500.00

I was in the market for a general purpose projector to watch sports and tv on my back deck. This one was recommended on Amazon then I ran into it again when searching reviews outside of Amazon. Those reviews listed this one as #1 among other brands of the same value.I ordered it in the evening and it arrived the very next morning. Off to a good start! (Just my personal experience, I obviously cannot guarantee the same turnaround time for everyone.)I'm not currently using a mount, so I can't comment on INSTALLATION. But as for basic SETUP, I can't imagine it gets any easier than this. All the cords you need come in the box. I mention this because often times you're left to get an HDMI cord for yourself. I plug it into an outlet and it instantly turns on to standby mode (all the buttons glow red). Then I press the power button and it boots up (all the buttons glow blue).From there just select your input just as you would a TV. In my case, I plugged up an Apple TV to one of the HDMI ports using the HDMI cord included and selected that input. Everything worked as expected and the picture quality was great. For what it's worth, I watched football all day on it and then at night, I watched a movie. The photo attached shows the comparison to a 65" Samsung with daylight coming into the living room.At night, with no other lights on, picture quality only gets better. Not to mention how large the screen size can get! My initial setup was really just to test this thing out before I mount it on my back deck. (It delivered so fast I don't even have a screen to cast it onto yet so I'm using my light grey walls.) And as you can see, it dwarfs a 65" TV.As for sound quality, using only the projector's speaker, the sound was just as sufficient as a TV's built-in speaker. But you don't buy a projector for sound quality so we're not looking for anything beyond standard here. As for volume, well...I stayed up a little late watching movies in my new "theater" mode and my wife had to text me from upstairs to turn it down. So yeah, volume isn't a problem.For what this projector is priced at--$300 at the time of writing this--I don't think there's a better value out there. I am certainly pleased with the purchase and have already recommended this to friends and family.With all this said, out of the box, you can accomplish everything you need at a basic level. Beyond that, you may eventually want to upgrade to using external speakers, mounting it, and using a good quality screen to cast the image on.

In terms of functionality, I give the projector 5 stars. The picture is clear and it scales up well. Unfortunately, I have several grievances with this unit:1. Upon opening and initial viewing, I found that there was dirt and dust inside the projector which was causing black splotches on the screen. No amount of cleaning on the outside lense would fix this. After several weeks of an obvious splotch on Steve Harvey's face, I'd had enough and opened up the projector. Luckily I was able to safely disassemble and clean the inside mirrors and refractors and it solved the issue, but it was very frustrating to have to do that with a new machine.2. The physical power switch on the back of the unit did not work out of the box. Luckily for me it came in the on position, but when I tried to turn the unit fully off with the switch, nothing happened. Surprisingly, the problem fixed itself while I had the projector open to clean the lens, but again very frustrating.3. The brightness. While it is certainly ok, on the whole I was disappointed for a unit that claimed to be super bright. One of the big reasons that I purchased the unit was because I wanted to use it in my well lit living room without having to close every single blind. Unfortunately I have to close every single blind anyway. To make matters worse, the built in brightness adjustment not only makes little difference, but as you try and increase it the picture just goes white, effectively making the setting useless. I hoped for more given the description of the unit.4. The built-in picture adjust menu is also disappointing. It does a great job when you try and make things dimmer, grayer, or less saturated, but if you're hoping to get more 'pop' out of the display you'll be disappointed. As mentioned in 3, attempting to increase any visual setting above 55% results in discoloration and an exponentially poorer quality image.So, if you can get it on sale like I did, I'd still say grab it. I think it does ok for an entry level machine, but the manufacturing defects out of the box, coupled with what I think was misleading product information, make me only give this 3 stars.
