Won't connect to Bluetooth devices
The unit I got will not connect to Bluetooth devices. It is a refurbished unit, but it is pretty much useless since I can't get it to work with my iphone, ipad, or smart TV. Hopefully the company will send a new headset. We will see what kind of product support they have for their renewed products. I will update this review if I hear from them.

Poorly refurbished.
These are refurbished, and not, apparently, well. They worked for one charge and will not charge or turn back on. I’m sending them back.
