Blair Witch (Xbox One)

Game was way too short, no killing an no action at all really… just running away the whole time. You don’t even have a weapon the entire game. All three alternate endings are garbage. Other than that package came on time an no damages.

This game is pretty good, atmospheric, visually wonderful & gripping. You basically wander around with your dog looking for clues in search for a missing boy. Picking up collectables along the way. There's not much to the gameplay however, you issue your dog commands & refer to items or equipment as you progress, very basic. There are a few other elements you'll encounter which I won't spoil. For me it is enjoyable so far, only been playing a couple of hours though & my opinion could change but on first impressions it's a pretty good investigative wandering game where from time to time you do get lost in the woods wondering what to do. I found myself walking around in circles at one point, tripping myself out! Playing on a PS4 pro & 4K TV and it does run smooth, only noticed 1 minor texture glitch & the game has been updated before I started. Much better than Call Of Cthulhu which was the last game I payed £25 for.{EDIT - Short as in 5/6 hours short, although there are different outcomes to the story I got the worst outcome. Will replay a couple more times to finish off the trophies but that's the only reason i'll play it again. Not a game to rush out and buy unless your desperate to play something different. Not a scary game just full of suspense and jump scares}

I bought this game because I thought it might be exciting, atmospheric and a little scary. It is none of those. The game tries to make itself scary with the music, sounds and supposed PTSD of the game character, but all I keep thinking is this game is dull, dull, dull and find my mind wandering onto other more exciting things I could be doing instead like mowing the lawn or filling in my tax return. I'm currently wandering around in the dark with a torch in the woods and there isn't even an owl to spook me.If going around in circles, lost in the dark, bored out of your mind is your thing then this game is for you. It even gave me a trophy for being lost in the woods. I think I deserve a trophy for having the patience and persistence to give an hour or two of my life to this game. There is so little happening, sure you find the occasional little clue to the missing kid, but action game this isn't and my pulse isn't much faster than comatose. I may have another go tomorrow to see if things liven up any, but if they don't then I'll be deleting this game from the PS4 and moving onto another game, only venturing back to reload this game in the future if I run out of other decent games to play.The game doesn't save very often, so if life, meals or sleep happen to intrude upon your game play and you close it down, you may well find you've lost half an hour of wandering around aimlessly in the woods when you start the game up again.Did I also forget to mention this game is dull and boring? I've had more excitement watching paint dry.

Solid game, very like the first Blair Witch film and has an interesting storyline that keeps you guessing. If you like or love dogs you get a great dog as a buddy to search areas, pet, train and use as a defender against the phantoms of the forest.

Seen abit of this game play on YouTube and looked like my sorta game!! So had to get it 😂🎮 can’t wait to get stuck in .. as always delivery was great!! Thankyou☺️
