Came with instructions and after some difficulty got it installed. Yes I would recommend.

Not as hard as others say.
If you're mechanicaly inclined, this is an easy install. Took me 20 minutes. Remove door, then remove the control panel. Then couple other screws and then you can remove the rubber boot and plastic surround. You may just need another set of hands to install the spring clamp, so it dont pop off.This is a redesign of the old boot. You'll have to reroute the drain hose at the top. Instructions tell how.

Super hard to install
As another reviewer mentioned, replacing this gasket is super hard. I would not recommend doing it unless you have done it before.If your washer is at the point that it needs to be replaced, chances are some other parts need to be replaced too.

worked as expected.
This worked fine for our washer. It originally appeared to be the incorrect part, but it turned out that the line that tied into the original boot has a secondary option to tie it back into the back of the reservoir instead of into the boot. After fighting with it to try to install it a quick search online provided some very useful tips for making this boot easier to install.
