However, do note that the ingredients list includes dextrose, so you may want to skip it if this is a deal breaker for you, otherwise do buy it and see how it affects your blood sugar. Your taste buds will thank you.It's not overly sweet, and the added sugar substitute is not one of the first ingredients on the list, so it's a great sauce that has a lot going for it.I'm honestly surprised it's not yet as popular as I know it could be. Like I said, it's that good!

on my tenth bottle in 4 months. use this almost everyday to help me stay on my meal plan. tastes better than most bbq sauce loaded with sugar and carbs, this stuff is too good to be true but it actually is. mix with some tabasco if you like some kick, it marries perfectly. enjoy.

It tasted off to me. I have tried other sugar free/ low carb sauces and this one just wasn't great.
