LollyWaffle Waffle Dog Waffle Mix, 1 Lb.

I had the chance to try this mix, courtesy of LollyWaffle, and it was an easy way to make a corn dog without having to pull out the deep fryer.All I had to do was add water to the mix - everything else was already in there. Because you don't have to add anything, you can use enough mix for one or for ten waffles. Just add water.I poured a little mix in the waffle maker, put the hot dog in, and then covered up the hot dog with more mix. The mix has a bit of a cornmeal flavor to it, so the final result was very much like a corn dog.I also experimented and dropped some chopped up lil' smokie sausages into the mix and made them like regular waffles. That turned out to be a very nice breakfast treat with a fried egg on top.Next batch I make, I'm going to try some shredded cheddar and jalapeno slices, for a more savory waffle, and pair it with a little chili on top.
