Excellent alternative to buttercream for cakes. Tastes delicious. Very firm and stable.

Not as instant as I would like. Has to set for a few hours or overnight, as opposed to a different brand I used once that only took 5 minutes. However, it's very fluffy and delicious, and can be piped for days after mixing.

I have worked as a pastry chef for over 25 years. I found myself in a limited time frame and couldn't order my usual mousse powder mix. I tried this. It's terrible! Super sweet. The consistency is more like royal icing than mousse. I would not recommend it to anyone for any application.
