Received defective one but company sent another that is good
I am so frustrated. I waited months for this for my kids. Now that it is here it is defective and impossible to make stay in the doorway. On top of that, I tried to return it and I was told it is past the return time window. I’ve only had it for about ten days and I’ve been trying to assemble it the whole time. How can it be correct that the time waiting for a product counts against the time for a return. Outrageous!Update: it was defective and they sent another that works perfectly and is so easy to set up.

Easy enough to use
It takes a while to adjust it with twisting it to make it longer. I also found that if you’re not careful it could pop your door frame loose if it’s not sturdy enough. I’m enjoying it and it’s a very stable design once you have it up and running. I just warn others to pick a door frame you’re aware is sturdy enough.

One end of the bar was slightly bend.
One end of the bar was slightly bend. The screw in the wall holder is too small to hold the rubber in place, so pressure cause the screw to push through the rubber. The screw could use a washer a little broader than the screw head.

Good idea with a serious flaw.
Two of the pads that press against the door frame came out when I took the unit down. It is impossible to reinsert the pads. The company has not responded to my requests for assistance.

Great for a compact workout at home.
Got for son to workout. We all use it, from 90-240lb. Put in doorway with drywall. Hasn’t damaged wall and very sturdy, no bowing.

This did not hold up at all. It was a gift and because I had it so long before I gifted it, I wasn't able to send back. It only lasted two weeks. It did not stay in the doorway

Quality Product, Excellent Customer Service
This is a quality product. I've purchased two of these now. Easy install and removal, comfortable grip and well made. Add to this the excellent customer support service and you have a real winner here.

Very easy to set up
I really like the foam cover over the metal bar. It is much easier on my hands.It takes up little space to maintain my muscle tone.
