Works Fine For Me
This works fine for me. It’s not super heavy duty like I think some other people expected, but if it were, it would have been too heavy for me to manage to get upstairs or move assembled. You can’t have lightweight and heavy duty. This isn’t titanium. And I can sit on it just fine, but I’m 110 pounds or so. And I thought it was super easy to put together. It seemed obvious and inuitive to me, but apparently not for others. Just follow the instructions. I can’t speak to waterproofing, it’s on a covered patio. But it’s very roomy and has been a perfect overflow for storage that meets my apartment complex’s policy for patio style furniture only on patios. Works for me.

Easy to Assemble and RAin Proof
Was able to assemble easily. Storage is sufficient for 8 cushions and a little extra. It has been outside and appears to be rain proof. The plastic is a bit on the thin side but it does what it is meant to do and keeps the rain out. Also, it is very nice that the deck box has wheels so that you can easiliy move from one area to another if needed.

A decent and spacious storage box.
This deck box is slightly less “solid” feeling than the other Suncast box I have (which is smaller). Nevertheless, it is fine for holding gardening supplies and keeping them dry. I have included a picture of this new Suncast deck box (on the right) with a typical patio chair next to it for size comparison. Also, assembly was not difficult and required no tools. This box is easily lockable, too, if you need that feature.

Quality
I have had this box on my deck for couple of years, love it stores my cushions great. Very satisfied with this product highly recommend, but for winter staying out side on deck I did purchase a cover for it. Satisfied with both

Very happy and pleasantly surprised 👌🏻‼️
Opening the box was tough🥴 But I did. Once you get to the trunk it’s easy to assemble - no tools needed at all.Excellent size - beautiful design - roomy. The only ‘con’, it is a bit flimsy - not able to sit on it but WOW, love it 😍 ‼️

Really should be called a chair cushion box
As others have said, this box is a little on the flimsy side. I purchased b/c is was reasonably priced and made by a known manufacturer. I am using this to store boating items - dock bumpers, life jackets, straps, cover, etc. The two piece floor locks together with the rest of the box solidly enough to lift it with about 35-40 lbs in it. Anything more would be risky. (Note to the mold designers: indented handles with no lip are hard to grasp, even for just rolling, so forget about easy lifting!) The walls and top are much more flexible than the floor and do not interlock as tightly. If your ground / deck / patio is uneven, expect the lid not to close fully, and rain will get in. The lid has a place for a lock on the front, but the back hinges pop in so loosely that even a mildly motivated thief won't even break a nail prying the lid off. My unit came with only partially formed "nubs" for the hinges, and I had to get out the old utility knife to round them off. You will still want to invest in a lock because without one, the lid, which has no clasping mechanism, will simply blow open on its hinges. The wheels are deeply recessed and on the small side; you have to tip the box nearly 30 degrees before they bear any weight.I expect the box will do fairly well for my application, although I feel like it should have cost about $30. If you want to securely store your $100 easily pawned weed wacker or your leaf blower, this is not the box for you. If you are going to store something like custom patio cushions, it will be good enough.

Quick assembly, reasonably sturdy
I use this to keep outside toys (scooters, plastic balls, croquet set, pool toys) dry and out of the weather. It's not absolutely water tight or rodent proof, but it keeps all those items clean and dry. Assembly was very quick, required no tools, and the pieces snapped together well. I've had it outside next to my shed for a few months, and it's still in good shape, no fading or damage from sun, rain, or snow, and it hasn't warped. With a little force the lid snaps shut securely, and the storage space inside is good. Sides are regular, forming a fairly even rectangle, so you can pack a lot in. Effectively solves the problem I had, and at a reasonable price.

Flimsy but usable
The cost of these type of things amaze me. It arrived with all the parts but yet it’s very flimsy so I have two people ready just in case the hold it steady while you pop the pieces into place. Make sure where you put it it is completely leveled otherwise the lid will not sit completely flat because it is so lightweight. It does what we need to do which is the whole pool supplies out by the pool so we’re not too worried about getting water in it.

Perfect! Very easy set up
Perfect! Very easy set up. Came on time. Rain proof as stated and larger than I imagined because the walls and hardware don't take up excess space. Thank you!
