New is worth the price, renewed has its risks, I found them.
My biggest complaint is the keyboard, I can press a key and it doesn't type, it will type after repeated pressing. I press the space bar and and nothing, I found out it has to be pressed dead center. It feels like its been used quite a bit. So I had to purchase a Bluetooth Keyboard which is another battery to charge and moves the screen further away, as I'm sure all Amazon would do is offer me an exchange after days of setting it up and moving files and programs/apps. Not worth the time to do it all over again. 2. It didn't come with a Manual, no key for windows if it crashes which Windows is known, I'm saving everything to Memory stick for when it bricks. You only get a power cable and a laptop not mentioned in description. Battery life I found out is about 40 minutes running video before it shuts down. Live and learn I guess. 3. Memory and Cooling Fan. I immediately upgraded the memory to speed up boot up time which it did to increase performance by 50%. While upgrading the memory (RAM) I noticed the cooling fan was completely packed with dust so badly I didn't know what it was at first (Manual would have helped with this one) and after spending quite a while cleaning it out, it is running much cooler to the touch now. My recommendation is to buy new if you can afford it, I couldn't so I gets what I gots

This was a smooth transaction item arrived on time and works very well everything was great

MOBO chip fried within 6 months
I really liked this little workhorse while it lasted, I was able to run 2 ASUS 32 inch of the DisplayPorts. Then one morning after 6 months, it wouldn't post, just the amber light on start button depress. Got a diag on it and a mobo chip was fried. Looking for a non refurbished replacement.

Good laptop... except for one big issue...
The laptop is good. Like new, original charger, excellent condition. But the seller made a BIG MISTAKE: they gave me a computer with an 8265 processor, not an 8365. The processor is the most important part of a PC, and I received an older one. Seller error or scam? Hard to say.

Llego en excelentes condiciones
Como es una lap reconstruida no puedo decir que todas lleguen en excelentes condiciones, al menos la que recibi fue asi, todo funciona, 0 detalles, viene para confugurar windows de 0 y te da la libre opcion de actualizacion a windows 11 lo cual hice y funciona bien la laptop. Si lo que buscas es una laptop donde no vas a exigirle mucho, tareas de word excel sin la necesidad de estresarte por lenta es muy buena opcion.
